JLEN has had an outstanding year, with NAV appreciation per share of 25%, GBP118 million raised through two oversubscribed equity issues, investments into new sectors including biomass CHP and energy-from -- waste, as well as a value-accretive divestment of our French wind assets. The Company has also announced an increase in the target dividend for the upcoming financial year of 5% to 7.14 pence per share(1) for the financial year to 31 March 2023.

Separate from the quarterly review, JLEN Environmental Assets Group Ltd replaced Clipper Logistics PLC in the FTSE 250 on Tuesday, after GXO Logistics Inc completed its acquisition of Clipper.

It is totally kosher.....Investors have been coming to these since 2006 but fully appreciate that nothing has happened live and physical for three years but we are trying hard to bring them back so need the support. Do come along tomorrow

Why am I complaining? Simply because I don't know who this mysterious 'we' is nor their motive in 'advertising the event, thread by thread, on ADVFN

The event seems kosher and those companies presenting are dong their own RNS's such as AEWU

The dividend in the meanwhile has risen from 6 pence per year to 7.14 for the coming year and the NAV is probably higher than the recently reported 115.

The share price is probably irrelevant in some ways as most I guess hold for the income

In some ways this is more like a bond but because large slices of their income are tied to the RPI - and RPI is going up fast - there is probably scope for a further rise in the share price aver and above the 25% already seen this past 12 months.

I am not a buyer at these levels but not a seller either. Might be a seller at 130 though as there are other opportunities in the sector.

It does have a broader, more diverse, range of assets than the others I track here (BSIF, FSFL. NESF, GSF, GRID, TRIG and UKW) which all have similar track records
