Separate from the quarterly review, JLEN Environmental Assets Group Ltd replaced Clipper Logistics PLC in the FTSE 250 on Tuesday, after GXO Logistics Inc completed its acquisition of Clipper.

It is totally kosher.....Investors have been coming to these since 2006 but fully appreciate that nothing has happened live and physical for three years but we are trying hard to bring them back so need the support. Do come along tomorrow

Davidosh Why am I complaining? Simply because I don't know who this mysterious 'we' is nor their motive in 'advertising the event, thread by thread, on ADVFN The event seems kosher and those companies presenting are dong their own RNS's such as AEWU Extract form RNS number : 2496M re AEW UK REIT PLC "The Company's Portfolio Manager, Laura Elkin, and Assistant Portfolio Manager, Henry Butt, will be presenting the Company at 11.15 am and 4.20 pm. AEW UK will also be hosting a stand for the day. For further information on the Mello Trusts and Funds conference, please visit the event website at https://melloevents.com/ ./"

A0002577.....Why are you complaining about being given the opportunity to meet the management team of JLEN? Not to mention also hearing from 20 other Trusts and Funds plus great speakers and educational sessions. Many enjoy these events and we are giving free access so no need to have a go at anyone for helping to provide engagement. We also provide free Trust and Fund shows virtually every month so if you live miles from London you are very welcome to join one of those.

Well panshanger1 - these are the highs and lows since launch so, currently at, or close to, an all time high. Yr MIN MAX 2014 100.00 108.00 2015 98.88 109.50 2016 92.25 107.25 2017 102.38 112.75 2018 99.20 109.25 2019 105.50 123.00 2020 93.00 124.50 2021 97.20 116.50 2022 101.60 125.40 >>>> EDIT:now (23rd May) 125.40) bid - giving a new high. The dividend in the meanwhile has risen from 6 pence per year to 7.14 for the coming year and the NAV is probably higher than the recently reported 115. The share price is probably irrelevant in some ways as most I guess hold for the income In some ways this is more like a bond but because large slices of their income are tied to the RPI - and RPI is going up fast - there is probably scope for a further rise in the share price aver and above the 25% already seen this past 12 months. I am not a buyer at these levels but not a seller either. Might be a seller at 130 though as there are other opportunities in the sector. It does have a broader, more diverse, range of assets than the others I track here (BSIF, FSFL. NESF, GSF, GRID, TRIG and UKW) which all have similar track records

Will be £50M above the 250 automatic entry point. The share price movement is still a bit muted if NAV is up by 13% so there may be a further uptick when it's finalised in the next couple of weeks.

There was RNS: "The Company expects to announce its unaudited Net Asset Value ("NAV") as at 31 March 2022 in mid-May 2022. While the Company has yet to finalise the 31 March 2022 NAV, the initial indication is that there will be a material increase in the NAV relative to 31 December 2021. An uplift in the range of 13 to 15 per cent is anticipated, although the portfolio valuation remains subject to independent third-party review as part of JLEN's usual year-end process. The NAV uplift is driven primarily by a combination of higher short term power prices and inflation expectations in addition to gains from moving certain assets from acquisition cost to a discounted cashflow (DCF) valuation basis in accordance with JLEN's valuation policy."
