17/1/2022 10:21 | There was no scaleback; only 27m odd shares were tendered out of 40m odd available. If you haven't received your cash yet I suggest giving your broker a ring. | themadstork
17/1/2022 10:17 | I'm with ii and can confirm I got the full £0.42 per share in my account last week. No scaling back. | gb904150
17/1/2022 06:33 | Hi HL crew.. I am with IWEB.. nothing yet.. Question: everyone got paid in full ? No scaling back? | undervaluedassets
14/1/2022 15:06 | Just got mine too. Happy days - never know with Ukrainians...always a chance of some last minute shenanigans. | elsa7878
14/1/2022 14:42 | HL. Cash went in at 2pm. | themadstork
14/1/2022 14:41 | Lucky you - who's your broker? | elsa7878
14/1/2022 14:11 | Just received the cash from the tender offer. Can't complain about that return. | themadstork
13/1/2022 08:36 | It may well be Kolomoisky etc were buying up a lot when the price dropped | researchcentre123
13/1/2022 08:34 | Only 27m odd shares (of 40m available) were actually tendered. Knew I should have just stuck a load more in. Oh well. I am happy with my £14k risk -and tax- free arb. | themadstork
12/1/2022 19:23 | Thanks. I've just sold my shares back but Cld be an interesting punt. The question is whether they would sell the assets out of the company to their mates and then to third parties ( ie screw the minority) or direct to third parties at full price. All about the price of such shares I guess | researchcentre123
12/1/2022 14:15 | Hi, to follow on from your post, I had this from JKX today in answer to my similar enquiry:The company is hoping to put in place a matched bargain facility through which the unlisted shares can be traded. Details of this facility should be available in the next few weeks. You should keep an eye on the company website for announcements regarding this. | chartsworth

09/1/2022 09:49 | I believe there's going to be some match making service for pple who still have shares to buy/sell. Wld anyone out there think of buying into that?! | researchcentre123
07/1/2022 10:42 | 14th is settlement for CREST accounts. | themadstork
07/1/2022 09:47 | Anyone know what day sellers get their cash?! | researchcentre123
31/12/2021 14:55 | "Some where happy to make a profit and sold and like you I presume didn't trust JKX, their monopoly share and their intentions." Not a simple matter of (dis)trust. I considered the numbers, the RNS as first written and the statement from the nominee, all as I've previously commented here. Even the clarification RNS is still slightly vague (similarly the nominees update). It would seem the broker S.P. Angel is able to pick and choose how they deal with acceptances of tendered stock on a case by case basis, which is somewhat unusual. Other than what's been discussed here, how anyone else viewed all this I can't say. However, the trade volumes would suggest that had a number of others with nominee holdings also acted as TMS the share price would have more quickly increased to make the arbitrage less attractive and difficult to fill in volume. JKX is not AIM, so stamp duty reserve tax is payable. There was never 15% in this for regular P/Is. | glavey
31/12/2021 12:05 | My thoughts also and if we were thinking it many others were too. Lesson learnt, unless your day/frequency trading, don't hold stocks with the JKX share structure, former Soviet states and directors with a previous too long! The 20 percenters on AIM shares have a point. Shrug and move on. Good luck in the New Year, over & out. | jaka
31/12/2021 10:33 | I did think of buying more but was concerned as to what the situation would be for example if Kolomoisky who was behind all this got arrested or shot or their cash was in another dubious bank controlled by him that suddenly went bust....quite a lot of uncertainty there but I guess that's why there was a premium. Really the arbitrage was on whether the management had a further opportunity to screw you or not as given the choice they would | researchcentre123
30/12/2021 21:18 | I'm talking about those that failed to monopolize the initial response and the weeks after when they could of gained at least 15% on multiple thousands on news of JKX'S delisting. Some where happy to make a profit and sold and like you I presume didn't trust JKX, their monopoly share and their intentions. TMS and others read this better and are now much better off. Just saying, nothing personal, happy new year! | jaka
24/12/2021 07:56 | Jaka, Not really, just that nominee holdings are consolidated as far as reporting to the issuer is concerned. TMS, "This seems unlikely since they all voted for delisting." I looked at that aspect earlier on. The total vote was only around 70%, whereas 78% was the figure given for shares not in public hands and the tender ceiling 23.3% which seemed to leave a bit of a grey area. Perhaps that was purposeful, who knows? | glavey
22/12/2021 16:56 | Never seen that before! Just shows how much contempt and suspicion PIs have for the company. The "JKX Effect". | jaka
22/12/2021 09:23 | I would imagine they will do exactly the same as they do for divi payments and receive a lump sum which they then divide to client accounts. Obviously there's a complication if any clients are holding over 500k shares but I would imagine that very few are and it'd be easy enough to declare those few to share price Angel. Bear in mind also that there won't be any scaleback at all for anyone, even over 500k, unless one or more of the totally-not-a-concer And I'm holding 400k. Not gonna bother with the extra 100k for sub 5%. | themadstork
22/12/2021 09:08 | Re the HL update [TMS post 3353], which itself seems clear enough, I was just thinking: that would mean nominees would somehow have to declare individual holdings to S.P. Angel (or would they just declare the sum total?) and what's to say some don't bother or miss to do so? AIUI, not all nominees seem to employ / apply the same set of rules, so might it be some do as HL and some not? Have you managed to accumulate 500k TMS? | glavey |
