Kistos 2p reserves valued at the same level as JOG at 250p share price..

This with KIST production from Mime/Norwegian acquisition expected to increase by 5000 boe/d by early 2025 and near 15,000 boe/d...

KIST is currently producing 10,000 boe/d and has an Enterprise Value of USD 270million at a share price of 194p... How exactly is JOG "undervalued" in comparison with just reserves and nothing else for the next 3-4 years (or more)????

Crazy crazy markets

Based on operator estimates, 2P reserves at Balder and Ringhorne were 23.6 MMboe net to Mime at the end of 2022. In addition, Kistos estimates Mime has net 2C resources of 29.8 MMboe, largely comprised of additional upside in Balder and Ringhorne plus the 2021 King oil discovery. Including Mime, total Group resources will be approximately 80 MMboe.

It's sunk in now to all long-term shareholders but for many out there...i don't think they can grasp it just yet.Maybe it's just a matter of time and outsiders will see the true value of JOGI can't think of a better hold in a stock for the next 3/4 yrs than this one

"Jersey Oil's latest deal is transformational", according to Simon Thompson.

"Jersey’s share price shot up 18 per cent to 233p on news of the Serica farm-out, but this only places a valuation of $95mn (£76mn) on the company’s equity, representing discounts of 62 per cent (Zeus) and 69 per cent (Cavendish) to analysts risked NAV estimates. Moreover, net cash should back up 31 per cent of Jersey’s market capitalisation by the end of 2024, making the company an obvious takeover candidate unless the shares re-rate, given the value held in the 20 per cent fully carried interest in Buchan.

"So, having suggested buying the shares, at 205p, in my 2019 Bargain Shares portfolio, and last reiterated that advice around the 200p level (‘A potential multi-bagger North Sea oil play’, 15 September 2023), I anticipate a material narrowing of the unwarranted share price discount to risked NAV as more investors cotton onto the value opportunity on offer. Buy."

At 210p Serica Energy Enterprise Value / 2P Reserves is $6.71 based on YE 2022 CPR of 130.4mn 2p barrels..

Is there another valuation method being employed for JOG versus actual producing oilers... incredulous...

Jersey Oil and Gas PLC
24 May 2023

This transaction unlocks the route to finalising the GBA development solution and monetisation of resources in excess of 100 million barrels of oil equivalent in total.

70 Mn blls used in RNS today is just the CPR figs , always closely clipped.

190 always said that , sitting duck.

NestofRampers 14mn barrels of 2C per SQZ RNS on Farm-In to GBA

JOG share 20% of 70mn barrels

"The GBA encompasses several oil and gas accumulations some 150 km north-east of Aberdeen, in the Outer Moray Firth. The largest of these accumulations is the Buchan field which produced for over thirty years, ceasing production in 2017 owing to the end of the useable life of the floating production facility. The Concept Select Report submitted to the NSTA for the re-development of Buchan is based on a new production hub located at the Buchan field utilising the floating production, storage and offloading ("FPSO") vessel currently operating on the UK Western Isles fields and planned to come off-station in the second half of 2024. The acquisition of the FPSO by NEO on behalf of the participants in the Buchan joint venture was announced on 17 November 2023.

A phased development is envisaged involving the re-development of the Buchan field in Phase 1 and the possible development of the J2 and Verbier discoveries in Phase 2. Mid-case contingent resources from the Buchan field alone are estimated to be in region of 70 million barrels of oil equivalent, making it the third largest pre-development field in the UKCS. There are other discoveries and prospects in close proximity which might provide additional tie-back opportunities to the FPSO."

Jersey Oil and Gas released some very good news this morning.
I am really pleased for genuine JOG shareholders.

May I ask if Pro_S2009 knew anything about this farm-out in advance? I doubt it.
Either way, it seems sensible to repeat Olderwiser's warning about Pro_S2009's extremely deceitful activities on Advfn's bulletin boards.

Thanks to Olderwiser2.

Please do take heed of this warning.

"Pro (as in Pro_S2009, my note)

No matter how often you repeat your lies, it wont gain traction, by your actions over years now, you have proven yourself to be a manipulative liar, time and time again.

Yet you seem offended when posters point out this simple and now undeniable truth.

Sirmark has proven to be a useful contributor over the years, not the character you try to create, with a brand new set of lies.
So I can correct you I do read his posts, would not block him and appreciate his input, as I am sure many others do. Why do you presume to speak for others, when you know your opinion is at odds with the rational investor base

Can you see the problem, you as a known liar, lack the credibility to back up your creations. Not because you lied and deceived once, but because it is your norm.

At this point if you told me you are a compulsive liar, I would think you are honest, which would be such a conundrum"
