Yes the 2.68 trade was at 2.55pm. The MMs are very short of stock here so if someone wishes to buy in size they get charged extra.

Thus the 118,000 trade at 250 and reported after 4.30pm when the market closed was most probably a buy from early this morning.

I'm sure we are still on an upward trend.

Someone does not understand farm outs and the big back costs that can be retrieved and why would you launch a rights issue before the big RNS.

If my memory is correct all trades after 4.35pm are trades that are finally recoded on the Exchange. They could be hours or even day or two old. Maybe 2.68 was around mid afternoon today.

The 25K at £2.68 could be a short closing. I think we might see a placing now the share price has reached a respectable level could be at £2 the price of the last one.BOD won't want to leave the placing until the last minute so will want to raise whilst the share price is good.

+3.5 at the open tomorrow because of the UT.

Interesting late reported trade but best trade today was at 2.68 25k lot at 14.55pm and smacks of a need to buy at all costs.

Ever heard of FOMO CatsW?

They will be looking to de-risk the project and keep initial capex low and sensible but if it goes on for 20/30 years could add up to billions out but even more billions in. The NPV of the project is what is important and we will see this soon.

I doubt very much if there will be a "vicious tree shake", but if in the unlikely event there is, I will be taking advantage of it.

What is fair value /bbl ?

Oil at $55-60/bbl (2024 Projected) *Production 2025 (?)
Average cost of oil in North Sea $15-20 *2020

Farm out 80:20 ???

Asset Value $7/bbl x14 todays value @ 250p

£35/share (too high I know...)

Regarding cost of getting to production; Several billion if you look at comparable installation such as Golden Eagle.

Wouldn't be surprised to see a we know of no known reason for the share price rise rns tomorrow and a crash back to £2 followed by a very quick recovery.

To get it into production there will be a farmout - JOGs latest presentation (or for sale brochure if you prefer) gave an indication it may be a 50% farmout although previously a broker (can't remember who) was guessing at a 30% farmout.

JOG's 50% may just have been an illustration as it was really highlighting the huge possible returns here.

The sales process starts in March.

Mm's short of stock here so expect a flurry of late negotiated trades coming through in the last 10 minutes or so

The cost is high but every time the oil price increases the returns get higher and production costs become a lower percentage.

Try not to worry about the production cost as all you should really be aware of is that we are very much undervalued.
