07/2/2020 07:18 | Bit of a poor effort by the director buying a small some of 13,000 shares once the horse has bolted | francoismyname
06/2/2020 20:48 | I see no need to buy shares now until forced seller gone. All your doing by buying any now is lining his pocket. I’d rather wait for notification they have sold out completely and then make a purchase. If that’s too late then so be it but if I bought now I’d be worried they would dump the lot in one go and force a another major leg down. | francoismyname
06/2/2020 19:30 | The directors dont think there is any dilemma after recent purchases. | catswhiskas
06/2/2020 18:36 | Bomfin can answer for himself. It is curious the 3D seismic survey results have not been published. The survey was conducted in June 2018, Equinor as partner will have seen those results which understand would be finally analysed by Christmas. Equinor stated last summer they were committed to the Verbier project, yet now for what ever reason have virtually left the party on terms which could be seen as a token allowing the remaining partner to retain credibility. Equinor state the Verbier project and by extension GBA do not fit their ongoing strategy. This is interesting as they have just been awarded 24 Licences, 4 in UKCS. It is claimed Equinor wish to be an Operator not "side-kick" in the GBA. Even though JOG is named as Operator is it not possible for a Joint Operator with OGA consent? Make of this what you will, there are issues which do not add up and the uncertainty it creates put the Company and it's Shareholders in a dilemma. | kakapo1
06/2/2020 18:20 | the rig was goosed, in shetland for de-comm, the oil sands remain, and will be horizontally drilled, its a prolific area of n sea, adj to forties field repsol hit difficulties, esp after tie up with sinopec, a small operator can make it work well forget the negativity, focus on the number of shares in issue, the seller is going, he made coin, | chutes01
06/2/2020 17:35 | Bomfin Care to share your answers to the 3 questions above for potential investors. ??? | francoismyname

06/2/2020 15:47 | So, I read somewhere that they won`t issue shares to finance development planning and development. hmmmm! They are going to get someone farming in to pay the lion`s share of this. hmmmm! If they have all the oil in the Buchan area they say they have then this is indeed a 10 bagger. There are though doubts about this. Here are 3 out of the many. 1. What happened with the initial sidetrack well that found 25 million barrels in vicinity of the well? It is over 2 years ago, Anyone seen the actual well results, e.g oil column etc. 2. If J2 is 20 million barrels recoverable why was it not tied into Buchan while Buchan was still producing. It would have helped overall economics then. It is an old discovery. 3. If all that oil remains in Buchan why did the licence holder hit the road? Now! I have answers for these questions which actuallly satisfy me but! I am not in the know and this could be anything from a ramp to the best opportunity in the oil and gas sector today. If making money were easy we would all be millionaires. I guess some here are. I am not! | bomfin
06/2/2020 15:30 | So you should be mopping up the sellers shares for a quid. You're getting a ten bagger instead of a five bagger. Easy money. Or not. | burial
06/2/2020 15:09 | So Burial if you find gold in the ground and its yours but the digger comes in 18 months how much is the gold worth? Not a share for widows, orphans or novice investors. | mariopeter
06/2/2020 15:08 | it's a ten-bagger from here, no issue, and it may be quick so be careful. | chutes01
06/2/2020 14:25 | Full of Clowns all over Listen here you lot this is a huge buying opportunity for a 3yr-5yr planMop up now and these will be £3 in 6 months and that's the MICE telling you | catchingmice
06/2/2020 14:15 | If JOG's prospect is as good as you say it is you should be mopping up cheap shares and thanking the forced seller. But like Finch says, you're a very long way from production and there are many hurdles to jump before you get there. Not a share for widows and orphans. | burial
06/2/2020 12:54 | griffiths taking his profit here, going big time into circassia (cir), hence the drop here, good value, rejuvenated oil field with new production fpso, 25k bbls/day, lots oil, only 25 mio shares in issue, hence the sharp movements no position at the mo, but will start to accumulate. | chutes01
06/2/2020 10:01 | Large seller on weigh scales... back to 55p ....? | sbb1x
06/2/2020 09:50 | The fact is there is nowhere or no one to place them with either. I think there will be a few peeps over on the LSE board hurting | basem1 |
