We can not know what may happen in 2012.

But we do know that the LEAD share price is now 1/5 of the price pp reccomended it at 6 mnths ago. Remarkable facts.

Blimey PP, I have always had an interest in ancient history and beliefs, and the capabilities and understandings of these cultures never cease to amaze me. However for some reason we do tend to give them a supernatural ability to read the world that has escaped modern generations, and extrapolate from their technical expertise beliefs that otherwise we would dismiss. So the Mayans were astronomers whose abilities seem to outweigh what was technically achievable at that time. Why should that capability be ascribed some mystical value that they could attribute to the future of mankind? Why are we prepared to accept this part of their belief system whilst turning are back on other aspects that seem less agreeable to today's generation (such as cannabilism)?

Still I agree it is an interesting field and certainly should make the London Olympics more interesting!

About 21st Dec 2012, the Mayan Prophecy and 13 Crystal Skulls, that when bought together help save the World. Basically.

Only about half way through, it is Fiction, based upon the Myths and facts around the Mayan calendar and these skulls. Well written.

Out of interest, has anyone ever considered what planet earth looks like from the outside ? This is from the ESA and shows all objects in low earth orbit.

Quite messy and congested is the sky.......
