Annual General Meeting, Annual Report and Accounts and ESG Report

ITM Power (AIM: ITM), the energy storage and clean fuel company, announces that the Company's 2022 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be held on Friday 28 October 2022 at 10.00am at 2 Bessemer Park, Sheffield, S9 1DZ.

ITM Power announced its results for the year ended 30 April 2022 on 14 September 2022. The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2022 (the "Annual Report") and ITM Power's latest ESG Report are now available to view at https://itm-power.com/investors/financial-reports.

The Annual Report and Notice of AGM are also being sent to those shareholders who have requested to receive hard copies.

Attending the AGM

Based on current UK government advice in respect of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we expect that shareholders will be able to attend the AGM in person.
