Hydrogen refueling stations (HRS) can be easily integrated into existing gas stations due to their small footprint. In Tokyo, Japan, Linde’s HRS equipment can fuel more than 50 buses and passenger cars (700 bar) by virtue of on-site supply of liquid hydrogen and energy efficient technology

Pretty sure this sale of motive will be for a nominal amount. A shame but lack of foresight and complacency from government is such that a commercial fuelling business is not viable. The focus should remain on 100MW projects for heavy industry. When other applications start to mature we will stand ready to sell them electrolysers but I'm pleased to see this news of 28 million coming back to the company.

· Plans for future testing capacity and incremental automation, improving cycle times, volume output and build quality



Agreement with Vitol to review strategic options for their joint venture Motive Fuels Ltd

· Options to be considered by the shareholders range from the sale of the business to discontinuing activities, and are subject to appropriate consultation

· This is intended to save ITM Power c.£28m to be rerouted to our core business

If the offer becomes binding only then will we know if there is to be any proceeds from the sale I guess.

In the meantime expanding the electrolyser production to meet future demand is much more important

Besides what’s the point of having a hydrogen refuelling company when the government are not interested in hydrogen. 99% of Electrolysers have been sold abroad and most likely 100% in future.

Unless of course ITM move abroad then they will be sold at home 😁
