Thinking allowed here. If they have already supplied MEP 2 and currently on test how did they manufacture them and why not continue to manufacture without the tooling device.

Therefore a replacement of MEP 1.0 would NOT suffice..even with its 'market leading current density'? or the customer was happy to wait for the MEP 2.0...?
