08/2/2007 20:02 | Once again l have to wonder why the S.P jumps ahead, Not that fear it should not, l have great faith in the overall concept of this firm Selling advertising floor space has pushed ahead over the years, concentrating mainly on easter europe, with a tunover of £82.4 m for 2006 compaired with £78.5 m for 2005, and in my humble opinion I.T.E will definately come good for share holders. | company

24/1/2007 15:46 | Chameli - welcome to one of ADVFN's quieter boards! No, ex-div date is 31 January, so it isn't that. Hopefully it's just taking another breather from its long term rising trend. For the last couple of years, they have issued a trading statement just before the AGM (22 February this year), so that'll probably be the next time we get any news. | elgordo
24/1/2007 14:45 | please can someone tell me the exdividend date for ITE. is the fall 'cos it has become exdividend | chameli
22/5/2006 09:36 | Maxwellman Mainly RCG, CHNS, IGP and TNG. The first three have now had fair-sized drops after rising rapidly, the first two are on low p/e's for the growth they are delivering. IGP is early stage about to go into profit, results shortly, (forecast small loss). TNG has been pretty static, probably because not widely followed - results were good last week. As the market has been pretty nasty towards the small stocks, even those that are growing rapidly on low p/e's, could be a good time to buy if you fancy them. DYOR of course. Was in ITE like ElGordo for a long time. Looked like the nice straight line chart had been interrupted, so that's why I sold out - eventually (you hope) the shares you buy will reach fair or full value - that's usually my point of departure. | yump
20/5/2006 19:51 | Results out on Monday. I can measure the excitement by the crescendo of postings here. Seriously though, this is one of those shares I've been thinking about cashing in to reinvest in something "more exciting" for years (and I mean years - I've held since Cementone days), but selling out any time over the last four and a half years would have proven to be a mistake. I also like the geographic exposure this company has. Having travelled to both Kiev and Almaty on business over the last 12 months, I can attest for the potential for growth in the CIS region, and despite personal misgivings about Moscow, there's no denying the tsunami of new money there. However, since nothing keeps going up forever, I'll be looking at Monday's results closely to try and figure out whether the inexorable rise is, in fact, exorable. Other's views on prospects most welcome. | elgordo
02/5/2006 22:45 | what otherrs HUMP | maxwellman
21/4/2006 11:47 | Decided to sell out of these in pursuit of some smaller growing shares, so afraid won't be updating header etc. from now on. Its got to the point where I think its fair value, possibly undervalued a bit, but been researching some others where they seem definitely undervalued (but riskier !). Good luck - it does look as if it might bounce from here. | yump
06/4/2006 11:22 | just thought i'd post as this board is very quiet! lol | sack of spuds
24/2/2006 11:19 | anyone go to the agm? if so anything to report? | sack of spuds
21/2/2006 16:10 | Bullish if it ends up on the day after being down by a few p earlier ? | yump
21/2/2006 12:45 | Another huge volume gone through. Should bounce around this level as its well underpinned earnings-wise. Difficult to know if we are going to head for an entirely new level or just carry on in trend. Hope with the recent peaks that we end up at a new level. | yump
21/2/2006 12:32 | very odd as you say will it bounce at 123 do you think? | sack of spuds
20/2/2006 14:49 | Well I've rarely seen such an odd looking chart as recently. Flip a coin to see which way it goes next within the overall uptrend and flip another coin to see if good news causes the price to drop and big share sales cause it to rise. All I can think is that its been caused by funds buying in for the dividend, which has caused the odd ups and downs. | yump
20/2/2006 13:42 | More good news and the price drops. ho hum! LONDON - ITE Group PLC said current sales and the trading outlook remain in line with its expectations as reported at the time of its preliminary results in December 2005. The exhibitions and conferences organiser said the momentum seen in 2005 has continued into 2006 and the three major events that have been held to date during the current financial year have performed as expected. The group said the Kazakhstan International Oil & Gas Conference in October 2005 showed revenue growth of 10 pct over the 2005 event; Ingredients Russia, in November 2005, showed revenue growth of 7 pct over the previous year; and Kiev Agrihort, acquired in August last year and held last week in Kyiv, Ukraine, showed good growth on last year's equivalent and fulfilled expectations. ITE said it has recently agreed terms for an additional advance of 2 mln usd for the third stage expansion of the IEC exhibition facility in Kyiv, Ukraine, and for the advance of 1.5 mln usd for a further expansion of pavilion space in Almaty, Kazakhstan. A statement from the group said advance sales for events in the 2006 financial year continue to enjoy growth of 10 pct on a comparable basis to 2005 and as a result, the board remains confident of the prospects for 2006. | sack of spuds
20/2/2006 13:38 | it certainly is going down.any thoughts where it'll bounce?? | sack of spuds
01/2/2006 10:11 | I love this share. Directors sell and the price rises ! I'm sure we will see some stake announcements in due course, someone must be after the shares. Chart looks like its accelerating. | yump
31/1/2006 16:14 | Director, Ms Cedra Eran has sold 1,500,000 shares at £1.34 per share, to reduce her holding to 17,590,065 or 6.76% | johnsoho
31/1/2006 12:47 | Now showing over 3mln shares bought (134p) and the price just moves 1.5p ! presume that must have been some sort of other trade. | yump
30/1/2006 20:33 | I wish someone could explain the intriguing chart movements in this share. Mind you as long as its rising... | yump
30/1/2006 20:16 | Looking at I.T.E. network of operations they appear to be in 14 countries but nothing in Poland as yet, but I can see them moving in, Poland is fast developing their economy. | company |
