You could be correct, I have no experience of the inside workings of big chemical companies. My perception is that they are greedy deceivers, enforcing large margins wherever they can get away with it.

The main thing is that, here's a company with a raft of patents across a range of products that have become essentials, and which makes end products 'greener'. A broad direction of travel today. A product that is very 'sticky', and with new wider applications not too far away.

The business now looks very attractive on just about all metrics, and seems imo to be way undervalued considering the future prospects. Some outfit in the chemical industry will surely want to own it?

Not a chance (imo) The "big boys" will not buy from each other and the own label and smaller coys will not buy from a major.

Possible buyer might be a major supplier of chemicals supplying the industries ITX currently selling to.

Parob, for that reason I suspect ITX will get bought out. The big hitters will want certainty of their own supplies, and will know they can jack up prices on the other end users to easily pay for the take over. It's just a matter of how much they are willing to pay.

MMs playing games again with a late buy trade of 7518 (no 77).

Weekly chart suggests our next target should be around 320 levels very soon!

rivaldo I hope they include enough 'catch' words on the home page so that as many search engines as possible can pick up on it.

It can be quite difficult to communicate the advantages of a high tech product to people who have never heard of you or your product. Although after a decade I suspect that word will have got around the big players, but perhaps not so much amongst smaller enterprises.

Parob, if any of the big bullies want to own this high growth company with it's future proofing qualities, then the sooner they take it over, the cheaper it will be. We need two or three bullies fighting over it. I'd settle for £20 :¬)

Perhaps the bullies beancounters are insisting on seeing proper profits before making a move? That's ok, they'll just have to pay more for it.

Good to see it moving up again, it should be at least £5 imo. Just look at all the positives rivaldo has kindly spelt out.

Good to see it put on 25p for no visible reason, but then that's only 0.5p in old money.

Elsol has posted elsewhere a summary of some of the highlights, for which thanks:

"1. Only $2m needed if they wanted to build a new plant - v. low capital intensity and minimal electric used in process

2. So many parallel new product avenues are here beyond detergents and hygiene - many significant - new ones for me were crop protection and industrial water treatment

3. IP moat - 16 families blocks competition and locks us in to brands

4. Retail channels (now ubiquitous ITX in most key channels)- very diverse with >170brands. Amazon - large mail order access channel

5. We have Reckitt as a client also which I did not know - another massive cleaning/hygiene global player

6. Big bonus focus onto much higher new vol markets for 24/25+

7. Now we have an artistic painting and shoe/ leather items to physically demonstrate and showcase to ITX clients - impressive.

8. John 's words - "very bright future & very exciting" so my take is that we are really on the cusp of major diversification opportunities

9. Slick new ITX web site in c. 8 weeks time so early May should be launched - will bring further client adoption/conversion benefits due to greater external impact - we are now here to stay as a major ECO functional ingredients business with some compelling new marketing strap lines like we are seeing recently being trademarked"

Looks like a higher low as gone in.These will re-rate properly once profitability is confirmed and hopefully that's not too far away, even if they confirm this on a quarterly basis initially. Happy to hold this long term. Sticky revenues that keep growing, increase in margins and new product launches. Perfect candidate for a takeover although I hope that doesn't happen for a few years once the revenues have increased substantially from where they are now.

Good strong finish during the late trading which bodes well for next week. This week’s correction hasn’t been all that bad!
Lower bollinger band has nicely moved upwards to around 140p level.

Evidently not today, although the suggests it could bounce off 200p.

Strip out the cash and it's circa £18 million for the business, silly cheap.

Fully agree. I am not knocking them. They have stopped burning cash so the only way is up. It is simply a matter of when.

At this stage of the company development they just need to get as much product out into the world as possible, to encourage as many end users as possible to employ it, and 'sell' it to their consumers as the magic green cure all. Of course keep margins as best the market will bear, but just now growth of end users is paramount. Margins can be squeezed upwards once you've got them hooked.

This business looks far too cheap to me, perhaps we need to call it ITX.AI. :¬)

The next set of figures should demonstrate that ITX is well out of the woods and picking up bigger contracts and gaining from the new products. Short of some sort of disaster imo this is only going upwards, as their product meets a genuine need, and is protected by a moat of patents.

I notice Unilever is selling off their ice cream sector, now I wonder what they could do with just a bit of the dosh that will raise? :¬)

Everything depends on how much of the H2 23 $3.9m revenue is product or formulation. If mostly product and the gross margin on it is 35% or higher this share will fly. My only concern is that if it was then they would have said so.

Last 4 days correction is on low volume so no need to worry. The lower bollinger band turned upwards towards 100, it would be good to consolidate this week between 225-250 until the next leg up possibly around this time next week.
