Hi Elsol,In an email that I've seen to another investor, the CEO said that their products can show up on the ingredients list under various names. The most common is sodium Polyitaconate in home and personal care products. He said they also show up as itaconate co-polymer, primarily in detergents. Their odour control ingredient will show up as zinc Polyitaconate or similar with sodium included somewhere. He went on to say that they have not found a product yet with such terms that they did not supply. Hope this helps.As always DYOR.

Was thinking today about the strategic corporate options for John & team now that they are gaining alot of exciting market traction;

1. Out right sale as early innovator to a large spec chem entity. Would get near term easily 100%+ share price return to say £40m to £50m mkt cap equivalent but presumably not favoured but possible bid could come in at any time given growth being achieved and market disruption being observed;
2. Organic growth with no further capital raise OR possibly a further non dilutive equity investment or debt financing to drive even more lovely growth. Got to be base case for ITX mgt team as stand alone entity but with look out for other reactive corp dev. Options as they progress.
3. Merger with similarly sized R&D eco /green innovator. Definite plus here for cross selling opportunities to wider global market customers and cost base savings to enhance earnings potential. Again may make good sense near term if they identify a synergistic match for product or geographic exposure.
4. Strategic JV or out licensing agreement for discrete market segment or segments eg bio plastic etc. Could be used to maximise value of core IP in short to medium term with minimal additional cash investment from. ITX for all IP COMMERCIALISATION avenues.
5. Any further thoughts ?
Looking very good from future upside growth options they have here.

Hi Parob, am I correct that in your search for end user products you select all ingredient product users for sodium poly itaconate? If its not "poly" presume its not under the ITX patent is that correct?
Looking forward to your clarification on this.

Thanks Shieldbug....we know that they have recently recruited a night shift operator. We know that they can generate up to $15m per annum on their present machinery, we know they have a new VP sales and also Operations (needed with growth), we know they have a new product line (up to 9 from 8), we know that when we NEEDED RNS's up to the placing of shares then they arrived every few days. I used to be in change management and I am not at all surprised that they are busy managing growth. Quite right.

I am buying more on Monday and will store in my Portfolio happily at 5p.

Purchaseatthetop - that is very enlightened of you. Usually on these boards investors start screaming if they aren't fed a constant diet of RNS updates. Small growing companies can be very intense just getting work out of the door and management can end up working very long hours to keep the show on the road. Would not be at all surprised if that were case here.

Parob - good to see you back bringing us news of more products incorporating ITX's ingredients. I do hope we get a March update as some have suggested. Fils

The fact that the management of ITX has not released an RNS about the new 9th product suggests that they are 100% full on busy with production and new growth right now. On the LSE board posters have commented that senior management have not responded to their emails (usually they got detailed responses rapidly as I did when I messaged the CEO).

This silence is deafening. I am buying more when I can and it is lovely to see tens of thousands of shares for each tranche rather than rather less when the price was 7.5p per share.

IMO they are 100% full on delivering the product and service for customers existing and new to ensure that the trading update for Q1 2021 is gangbusters.

I would be very surprised if the next update was late June. Given that Shell could produce a Q4 and full year a fortnight ago I think we will be well inside that. Given that it has been across two sides of A4 previously and numbers have been in for 6 weeks now it really should not take 6 months. In fact, I see previously that they used to breakdown to Q1 etc figures. I would think FY in March is reasonable, Q1 in mid May and so on should be comfortable to do and keep us chaps informed...

thanks sabre6....I had a look and it is a good call. I am really heavily into AGL (started at 43p) and that is my medical share. I bought more today at 89p. All my cash for that sector go into AGL.
If AGL was not on my horizon I would have piled into YGEN. Good luck and appreciated.

We need $6.5 - $7m to achieve breakeven depending on the level of Operational Gearing on gross margin.

We recruited the new VP's for Operations and also Sales and Marketing in Nov 20 and Jan 21. I expect a huge return from their efforts in H1 2021 with the H1 update around 17/7/21.

thordon...next update should be late June 21. The final accounts were late last year due to covid and were published in Sept 20. The previous year was late June 2019.
We can also expect a H1 trading update in mid July 2021.

So...unless we get RNS about new contracts (which I doubt) then it is a matter of waiting and building at 5p+ for the next few months. Suits me down to the ground.

Yes a good strong hold , worth more but then the band came and went.
Think that once we receive the update going to fly getting nearer to breakeven and after that pure profit for next 20 years increasing on every new repeat order and new clients

purchaseatthetop (my spill ckecker separated out your name, very neatly 😊) I fully agree but it has become the put-down of choice on some boards, if you dare express concerns or question the company expectations etc. So it's something of a breath of fresh air to get such prompt and helpful replies.
Exciting times to be sure, for It and several of my other shares too.
All the best,
John
