21/1/2021 16:03 | hsdeo....I am a student of MCRO....they are hugely undervalued and I am very sure that the 8/2/21 update will be superb. They have bad history but excellent leadership now. Transformational. I started buying at 215p. My target price is 1,200p in 2022/3. All IMO as usual. I will buy a material amount to top up by core holding on 1/2/21 after the BMN update end of jan. | purchaseatthetop
21/1/2021 15:54 | Lets hope the update blows the socks off all of us. I did sell alittle but bought them back so made a little beer money. PATT - just looked at Microficus - could be good little run upto results as price target was raised recently. | hsdeo
21/1/2021 14:56 | Lefrene...that is one of the things I really like about ITX. There are hidden nuggets that will deliver immense shareholder value. Only really reading the financials and getting all the circumstantial evidence gives us a spotlight on value. parobs lists, the recruitment, new manufacturing job, hidden extra gross margin, high operational gearing....that is why it is my biggest holding. It will hit 8p about 4 seconds after the trading update RNS is released. | purchaseatthetop
21/1/2021 14:44 | I suspect you are right purchasett, margins will increase as fuller use is made of the equipment. If their offering is unique then there's the prospect of being able to lift prices as demand increases, thus raising the margin further. But one would expect a big bruiser to buy them out before too long if that becomes the situation. Lets see how long it takes for the price to push back through 8p | lefrene
21/1/2021 13:33 | Ohh...SYME has been suspended. End of the road for sorry investors. | purchaseatthetop
21/1/2021 13:19 | I agree ghost, they raised money to increase capacity to fourfold of what they were doing, which I believe cost £500k? If I'm correct then capacity can be increased without huge capital expenditure, and at 37% margins one hopes that the company can expand out of revenue, or borrow to increase capacity. Now it's close to being risk free I dare there will be Insti Funds looking to get a slice of the action, and no doubt wanting a 'special' deal for their money. I'd love to see it grow so fast that they can begin to buy back shares while they are still below 10p. | lefrene
21/1/2021 12:56 | Will be glad if that's the case. | wageslave
21/1/2021 12:27 | Won't be a fundraise in near term, lots of mgt and friends have skin in game from last one. They will drive toward breakeven, if at breakeven the shares will be much higher., that then may be the time to raise to push for the massive revenue targets but may not be needed. It's not the topic now, topic now is revenue. | the ghost who walks
21/1/2021 12:22 | My guess, and that's all it was, was based around the massive increase in the share price providing an opportunity to improve the balance sheet. The numbers of shares involved would be minimal compared with previous fundraising and would be an opportunity to bring in an institution. Not all fundraises are negative if the company is growing. Had a couple at ITM / CERES recently that have been transformative for the companies. | wageslave
21/1/2021 12:05 | My pennyworth...the recruitment of VP sales and marketing in Nov 20 was one step. The new recruitment of the VP Operations is a completely different and important step. The ONLY reason for that recruitment is if ITX has become far bigger than their size at the end of June 2020 and they are looking at capacity increase in the next 6-8 months (above $15m per annum). They would not have committed to the VP Ops unless they had moved into damn near or actual cash positive operations. | purchaseatthetop
21/1/2021 11:52 | Yes, this must be the most eagerly awaited update so far.I hope we have achieved critical mass as reflected in the share performance - over to you John. | geraldus
21/1/2021 11:48 | -- Although demand for household cleaning has surged during the Covid-19 pandemic, major new revenues came from new customer products entering the market with new levels of performance, cost and sustainability.-- We introduced our new Itaconix(R) TSI(TM) 322 detergent polymer with use in two North American dishwashing detergent brands. So I'm thinking Clorox and Dropps but who knows. | parob
21/1/2021 11:43 | gelradus, now they've got this far they might well have some bullying insti wanting them to give them more shares at a bargain price for cash! But if they are now at breakeven and have a lot of excess capacity available, they should not need to raise any more cash. If things are now going really fast then there will be willing lenders out there happy to ride on the company coattails. When the update arrives it would helpful to be clear about whether they need to raise more cash or not. I don't see why they should and quite a few long term holders who have been heavily diluted already, will not be happy. | lefrene

21/1/2021 11:14 | Surprised nobody has mentioned a final cash raise. That was the main topic a few months back, even after the previous funding. | geraldus
21/1/2021 10:48 | No, just bought in. But am a realist. | wageslave
21/1/2021 10:41 | H'mm they should be self funding by now, they should be able to borrow if they need to expand. Short are we? best be quick, there's some figures due out any day now. | lefrene
21/1/2021 10:14 | What are the chances of a placing to straighten out the cashflow? | wageslave
21/1/2021 10:11 | To the accumulation point, 250k trade marked at 9am at 6.044. Price at time was 5.90-6.10 and it was NT to buy while the trade was being worked. | photon
21/1/2021 09:38 | Time to just leave this share to do its thing until the trading update. MM's will do their thing (just like the sharp drop today) to free up fear shares. I am happy with my holding as it is right now and await the update. For the moment my two priorities are: 1) BMN - trading update most likely before 30/1. 2) MCRO - trading update booked 8/2. Both should see rapid rises after these updates. More so MCRO. Good luck everybody and just ignore the share price volatility. Maybe there is some accumulation going on in the background. | purchaseatthetop
21/1/2021 08:27 | Agree, thanks | the ghost who walks
21/1/2021 08:09 | Pugugly....yes we are missing data. That is why the rest of the evidence is key. IMO there is no way the new VP's for Sales and Ops would have been recruited unless actual sales were roaring ahead. Also, the new recruits would have seen the management accounts to just before their recruitment and would be looking at share options. All the evidence points me to be 75% confident that H2 will be over $2m. I am betting that we are impressed. The broker forecast of $1.7m is defining the price and I think we know more now. | purchaseatthetop
21/1/2021 08:06 | I am not sure how new some of the products are, more of a case that we're only just finding them. From the 22/7/20 trading update:Volumes and revenues increased from new and recurring orders in detergent, odour control, and personal care applications. SIGNIFICANT REVENUE GROWTH has come from customers successfully LAUNCHING NEW dishwashing products using Itaconix formulas based on the Company's new TSI 322 detergent polymer. hTTps://itaconix.com | parob |
