But yes, notifiable holding not announced. Look at what is happening at Companies House and then updating the register something clearly happening.

I suspect all prt of the due diligence process.

That's a bit of an old chestnut - is technical analysis useful for penny shares?

If you don't believe that it has any value, then don't use it.

But I personally find charts a useful contributor for making money in penny shares ... and for avoiding losing it.

The other point is how could they commence preparations for a onsite smelter without funding ? They don’t have a pot to pee in.

They won't actually have to announce a strategic funding deal until a binding contract is signed.

But they may be pretty sure of the deal before that, e.g. if a heads of terms agreement has been signed.

So why not announce such a heads of terms agreement?

Well, I would imagine that they're being cautious after the KZG experience this spring, where complications (that don't apply to IRON) have delayed the receipt of funds that they thought were coming.

In addition, it's still August (albeit not for much longer), with many folk still on holidays, so an RNS now would get less attention that in September.

The tweeting is a 'compromise' approach - an informal indication that progress towards a deal has continued, as previously announced.

It does not make sense agreed, unless they have funding done.
