25/10/2021 17:27 | After finishing top of the top risers list on Friday, IRON has finished runner-up today, with a rise of 22%. This sort of ongoing increase will increasingly bring it onto more people's radar screens. And at 1.125p, compared to the strategic funding placing at 1p, there's still time to climb on board near the very start of this journey. With the GM circular posted already, and the GM in under two weeks, IRON are obviously not hanging about, and I would now expect the newsflow to come relatively thick and fast. 25/10/2021 07:00 UKREG Ironveld PLC Posting of GM Circular | hedgehog 100

25/10/2021 16:57 | For those new here, Ironveld has been plagued by delays and a board who tend to treat the PI with contempt, however that said, they are also very competent and are not using the company as a lifestyle vehicle like many others on AIM I could mention. Most importantly there's no doubting the quality of the asset but unlocking the finance has been difficult due to a variety of reasons, thankfully that now seems to have been taken care of, all be it a couple of years too late to avoid major dilution, however we are where we are and the future does look very good. By my calculations we've probably received around 50% - 60% of the funding required to get our smelter up and running and phase 1 of production underway, but I'm also very confident that the board have already got the second tranche of funding sorted and that this is likely to be revealed over the coming weeks. Apart from the excellent asset, the fact that the recent investors were willing to pay a 40% premium to the share price tells us all we need to know about the potential here, so basically with lots of newsflow and major transformational projects in the offing, then it really is a good place to be just now and for the foreseeable future..... | ladeside

25/10/2021 13:01 | Reading the prospectus today, they've clearly stated that grovesnor has access to other funding avenues and this is what will be accessed. Still amazed this is sitting at 1.1 when broker targets are 3.26 ahead of Fridays news and a pending reevaluation of the target price due this week. With 1.6B GBP worth of Vanadium I believe a fair valuation is going to be between 11-15p PS... let's see where this is set.Use of ProceedsThe substantial investment in Ironveld by Grosvenor of £5.6 million (approximately US$7.5 million) represents an exciting opportunity for Ironveld to bring on board a credible and serious partner to help drive its strategy. The net proceeds from the Subscription will provide a substantial proportion of the overall project funding required as well as ensuring that all corporate overheads and costs associated with the new Mining Right application for Luge are covered for the foreseeable future. The Company will look to utilise Grosvenor's expertise and access to further funding in order to progress the remaining financing required of approximately £2.5 million (approximately US$3.5 million) to bring the Company's project into development. Both parties are committed to ensuring Ironveld can commence mining and processing of its magnetite ore in the near term.Taking into account available cash resources and the expected Net Proceeds of the Subscription, the Company expects to have sufficient cash resources to fund operations into the foreseeable future. | roughandtumbleone

Over 2.1 billion years the structure has been tilted and eroded which has served to form outcrops around the edge of a great geological basin called the Transvaal Basin."
