                               Additional Listing


Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for 11,880 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange's main market. These Ordinary Shares are being issued to former
employees of the Company following the exercise of share options.


Admission of all the Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 19 May
2003.
