Why are we trapped. Rns on its way re completion in my opinion. Patience is always rewarded in stocks like this. I bet you will stop posting Mell when this doubles to 8p once deal done and cash received. I will double my money here. So whats it to be 50 years in a bank at 2% a year or 1-2 weeks in IPSA? I know where my money has gone!

The accounts showed massive liabilities which exceed the Equity

Can't see them turning this around

Fire sale just to keep going? would not like to hold this if the sale / completion fell through !

Mell I have no intention selling any before the Rns. I will let you know when Im ready to sell. It will be alot higher than current share price thats for sure.

Mell No they get to keep the deposit which is quite alot on its own! It will complete IMO.

It says completion is expected to occur on or before 30 November 2012. So either an Rns today or Monday is on the cards. If we dont hear Monday then they will let us know if any delays which I dont personally envisage given that contracts have been exchanged!

Sale of Turbines

IPSA Group PLC (AIM:IPSA), the developer, owner and operator of power generation capacity in southern Africa, announces that it has now exchanged contracts for the sale of its two remaining Siemens Westinghouse 701 DU gas turbines to Iris Eco Power Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian power development company, for a consideration of US$31 million, as first announced on 15 October 2012.

Under the turbine sale agreement, completion is expected to occur on or before 30 November 2012. A further announcement will be made once the completion payment is received.

IPSA!!!!!! Last chance before the deal gets completed IMO and the last chance to buy this cheap IMO.

Nice article I have just found. Looks to me like once this sale is done it will be a turnaround of the company in a very big way and share price should recover significantly.

The Rns has not even come out yet. Come back again and look at share price once they Rns deal done and cash received! No you wont will ya coz you will look as stupid as you did yesterday calling CWR to fall to 1p and it went up to 3.5p!
