'unexpected good news' is an interesting phrase.

It is symptomatic of a fear factor.

You see we expect rampers to hyperbosise, but to say 'unexpected good news' sounds wrong.

What was/is he expecting?

We will see in morning if my info is right or whether I scrub his name from the 'informed' list. Either way we will soon be way up from here when the new photos of IO4 are published.

I give up.

If IOF said we will built an io plant in 14 days, I wouldn't believe them as the guidance is 3 months at least.

GDL said we have a well to drill, and will have results in a few weeks, when we know they take 3 months to drill. It was obviously very misleading and caused the first big volume and spikes.

The plan was all about ordering more rigs to china for the big adventure, but they end up sending some to India.

You are underwater with a shed load of shares, missed to sell at 25p twice even though one or two pleaded with you with sound reasons.

What happens if the court case goes against GDG, from the limited info I read, it seems the costs involved would be very damaging for GDG, and have a knock on affect to GDL.

The Chinese companies are all over their lease drilling illegally, but all will turn out fine as GDL will demand payment.

In my eyes, never mind the IP issue in China, It's one hell of a risky gamble with all that is going on.

People can look at the same water in a glass and see it in diametrically opposed terms: half full half empty. Nations go to war for less.

Greka's PR, as IOFINA's, is capable of writing facts which are completely misinterpreted because few PR people understand the alternative meanings to the words they have just written but you have made so many mistakes in your denigration of the company that I could easily believe it was not written by you.

GDL's RNS today infers that they have 110 orders on hand for 2014. In fact they have 170-180 worth $170-185m (depending on how many of one particular 50-well contract are already drilled). This compares with the last year's revenue of $62.2m. That's some expansion.

Their PR man explained that he was only referring to the 10 new orders. How are readers to know what's in his head? They only read what he writes.

He also failed to give details of planned orders for 150 wells conditional on satisfactory outcomes for wells on test and worth $225m. Nor could he refer to any orders not yet made public following 9 months of testing at CNPC Changzi (CBM) which may trigger off orders for 70 more planned wells or at CNPC Jincheng(CBM)where no expectations have been revealed.

My expectations for the company will be more than satisfied by the trebling of revenues with the lowest figures mentioned (170-180 wells). I will be over the moon if more than these are drilled, let alone if the company has the logistical problems caused by further of the 80 conditional orders becoming confirmed ad/or the balance of the 140 announced yesterday for Green Dragon Gas.

As for the capacity questions you raise, I am afraid you are misinformed. The five additional rigs being mobilised for India are surplus to requirements in China. They are designed only for the shallower drilling which occurs in India. The Indian team has been building and training since last Summer and stand by their ability to begin in Q2 and complete within 9 months as required by the contract.

I believe 80% of Americans don't own a passport. They have just about every option available to them, in terms of travel destinations and experiences so why bother.

Why go to Benidorm when you can go to Vegas.

We all know carbon issues have been around and will continue to be an issue, so in the fullness of time, suppliers won't just think about a cheaper product. Carbon footprints include products you buy and there carbon value, so it's not as simple as the cheapest product.

There is nothing green in the way Chile or the Japanese tech produces iodine, far from it.

IOF can't really push that while they are the development stage, but if it's right that they produce with a zero rating or negligible carbon rating, then it's a big selling point for end users, subject to carbon related expense or restrictions.

After all isn't that why so many have shown an interest in Cloudbuy (ATUK) (isn't it N3)

They built a digital market place listing carbon values, giving the 'all in' cost of products for a company including carbon values, which paints a different picture to the apparent cheapest product.
