09/10/2013 10:49 | looks like a healthy response to todays rns. | malachey
09/10/2013 10:47 | Ennis can win if they slowly close their position, the majority of their purchases were at a higher price so it just requires common sense on their behalf in closing. They usually work on discounted cash flow and long term were expecting the recent results to knock the price down significantly, at which point they could have closed. However, it did not work out that way and they will probably rethink their position.... maybe :) | the librarian
09/10/2013 10:25 | Thanks for the shorting link sg. | ![]() bogg1e
09/10/2013 10:25 | superg....yes Ennis are in a catch 22 position now. Can't really win if they don't do something soon. And even then, they can't win. I see from LSE that the latest Investec broker note is just out. Reiterating a buy, price target 230p as before. | ![]() worraps
09/10/2013 10:15 | Probably one for VMH I guess. Would it be allowed under the current rules for Ennismore to contract some other entity to buy up shares in the background so that Enissmore don't have to notify that they are reducing their position, then just buy all their shares off the third party in one giant NT trade? PS: If the graph of dubiousness is to be belived then Ennismore are now the only short position left :) | testuser123
09/10/2013 10:12 | "didn't someone say that the board (or some of ) had a meeting with Ennis during presentation week? That, if nothing else should have put them straight" Depends what you mean by "put them straight"... | n3tleylucas
09/10/2013 10:00 | .....also, didn't someone say that the board (or some of ) had a meeting with Ennis during presentation week? That, if nothing else should have put them straight, I would have thought. From the horse's mouth so to speak. | ![]() worraps
09/10/2013 09:52 | SG, i am very surprised that ennis have not closed their short. The potential negatives are far outweighed by the positives and in general i can only think of systematic risks like weather issues, earthquakes, volcanoe i think ennis will be closing this shortly[sic] j. | ![]() jonnyno1
09/10/2013 09:36 | I've already had a couple of questions re 120 days. That is the standard flowchart timeline that the bureau give so IOF have just quoted that. The last 2 most recent application complete Montana water permits have moved from application correct to determinations to grant in about 3 weeks and 9 weeks. The fastest I have seen, and largest application this year was Dry Prairie, and that went from a mid March application correct, through the determination period and to full grant by the end of May. I doubt the bureau have ever had such a situation where the 'preliminary determination to grant' has such a lateral impact, so I suspect there will be some close co-ordination (or should be) regarding that public document water permit and updating it. | ![]() superg1
09/10/2013 09:02 | A good 'business as usual, everything on track' RNS today. | ![]() diggulden
09/10/2013 08:14 | Writz I doubt we will break 170 while someone keeps a supply going, but once it's gone ................... If that water permit moves to determination to grant quickly then that is a different matter. VMH Yes but then they have the problem of any slight closing of the position being seen by others and that creates another problem. If they wait for the permit to be awarded, then that would be nuts. | ![]() superg1
09/10/2013 08:13 | SG1, understood and having been a commissioning manager for too long now I appreciate the co-ordination needed at this stage. If they have a good integrated programme (or program to them) then it should go smoothly! | tackems

09/10/2013 08:09 | Co. is delivering as planned. Suspect Ennismore starting to scratch their head as to how to get the stock back in. | ![]() verymaryhinge
09/10/2013 08:06 | Tack As in a prior post io4 could be io6 and so on, it depends which one gets completed first. The news today just covers what was said a couple of weeks back. Post build comes the electricity service company arriving for hook up, then comes testing, staff familiarisation and so on, then production building up over a period of weeks. | ![]() superg1
09/10/2013 08:00 | Good news and by implication from what they have told us before is that the IO4 will be along in 30 days... | tackems
09/10/2013 07:20 | CK They will have to rns the preliminary determination to grant as we will be able to see when it is done. The water bureau site not being updated won't prevent that. | ![]() superg1
09/10/2013 07:16 | That's the io3 bit put of the way. We know about the water application. Bob ND rights no idea. It will be just like any others they have planned, all the hard work is pre application, land lease/purchase, rights of way etc and the legal side of that needs to be sorted before an application. From chats I understand they keep a few options in play for locations. As for other states, I doubt it, as they keep pointing out, and again today, that it is non core. I can't think of anything that would prevent them. although for the lower states water isn't as abundant. On the USFW rights swap side, that just covers Montana and ND and is in addition to any rights they obtain. | ![]() superg1
09/10/2013 07:15 | We can also assume the next water permit stage "final determination phase" will be RNSed :@) | ![]() captain_kurt

09/10/2013 07:09 | RNS RNS Number : 0469Q Iofina PLC 09 October 2013 9 October 2013 Iofina plc ("Iofina" or the "Group") (LSE AIM: IOF) Operational Update Iofina, specialists in the exploration and production of iodine and iodine specialty chemical derivatives, is pleased to report that construction of the IO#3 production plant is currently being finalized and commissioning procedures will begin next week. Commenting on the progress, Mr. George Lantz, CEO said: "We are pleased that IO#3 is nearing completion and will contribute additional iodine production along with our existing plants.
