I am buying the offered shares. Am I right in thinking that if the deal is rejected in 15th March meeting, the share offer stands cancelled and I get the money back?

Coltrane obviously playing chicken on steroids here. Others not hanging around to join in the fund. Looking pretty grim at the moment.

If your existing shares are worth nothing, why risk more? Let them go bust.

Muzerewa: Leave well alone. If it does survive the vote on Friday you should be able to pick up a few. If the vote does not go in its favour, it will be delisted on Monday.

Thanks for that reminder, fenners. My overloaded and ancient brain had forgotten that but I had decided there was no way I was coughing up for the open offer, without even a discount at today's price, anyway. So should I sell now for a few quid before they go bust or hang on in the hope that the share price might rise or do my shares get cancelled or become worth zilch anyway if the open offer goes through, as happened with Lonmin?
