I am thinking debt for equity swap with private capital.

eodfire...i am no plum mate, i quote against these muppets time and time again, its been a long time coming like HSS SDY CLLN all run by idiots for big wages.
Theyve all been hit by the slow down while pouncing around in there boardrooms.

Look at CAPE PLC bought for nothing by someone who knows how to run a large national.
