Same thing happened when this fell a few months back had a very strong recovery.Same thing will happen here again. Completely oversold and will bounce back to £1 minimum over the next few days

eodfire...well this price action is amazing - G4S carillion and others have never been hit this hard. Would love to see level2 actual buy to sells.
The CEO telling us they are working on stuff is not exactly concrete and just fuels the sells.

Well done guys. Good time to open a short the other day or hold out for a lower buy in. Looks likes current posters are in this category. Business is still investible imo. Covenants will be renegotiated. All the bad news is out now. Recovery from here imo.

just have to wait for news of solid news following lenders and EY review. RNS this morning is just pouring more uncertainty onto the SP
"will not meet our net debt to Ebitda [earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation] test contained in our financial covenants for 31 December 2017"
"We have engaged a financial advisor to assist us in these discussions, as well as looking at options to maximise the short and medium term cash generation from the business," Interserve added today
"Despite our challenges, Interserve has a strong client base and many strengths as an organisation and I believe there is considerable potential for business improvement across the company.
My team will focus on improving our margin performance in UK support services and ensuring good contract selection in UK construction, while reducing our cost base across the company"

The way I read it is that the waste disposal business has left a £200M hole which will hit EBITA but the underlying business still has a strong client base and (as we know) they continue to win good business - but revenues from those take time to filter through
