dont have access to the TW article...

Surely a few director buys could create some (temporary) stability here ? Speaks volumes that they haven't purchased any (yet)

Well, its possible, but with the shareprice having already been massacred, I'll wait and see what comes out in the wash. I'll survive if I'm left with nowt

I think the action of the share price is telling you he maybe right!

Winnifroth gets it wrong plenty of times. VGM and DIS (formerly BES) a couple of examples, I'm sure there's many more.

He likes to declare that he has no position, but you can bet your bottom dollar that one or more of his companies / cronies has

I was a Globo shareholder (long) and didn't listen to the warnings. I got seriously burnt. The same people are warning you on here. Too many similarities and the same auditors Grant Thornton. TW may have an attitude problem but most of the time you should listen to him wish I had. It's your choice!

Boffster - its tough out there. Best to avoid all AIM stocks (and commodities!)

IG limit any "volatile" shares to stop them getting hammered.
I've managed to add another short today with IG
The statement released are just words on paper... very cleverly written but like most things pointed out by TW the tangible stuff is all hidden away from the shareholders and like Globo it's shear FRAUD!

never mind director buys, you begin to wonder whether the rns was released in order to give more time for directors to sell ! Not saying that this is the case, but its happened before. Langbar being the worst.

took my profits here today. not much follow through or volume this afternoon. would have at least expected some token director buys. if none over next few days then i would be even more suspicious...

Following up on other comments made I am wondering if the CEO who owns 46% of the shares will look at what Mike Platt at Bluecrest has concluded-namely that external stakeholders are too time consuming-and take the company private.
Remember that as at 31.12.14 just over half the total assets were goodwill and intangibles combined…and intangibles were approx. 35% of total assets. What is not clear to me from reading the accounting footnotes is how much the auditors get involved in testing how robust the impairment tests are..and if they do if they put qualified people on the task. Something to ask at the next AGM

For example this statement suggests impairments could be likely in the future ......None of the Group's intangible assets has been impaired to-dateIt all depends how you read it .... IMO dyor

Boffster, the maggot's last target was Globo, I assume you know how that ended?

Boffster, what is your opinion on the rather unusual extremely high proportion (90%+) of external development?

Also note that if internetq were involved in a "pig and pork" fraud, this would be a convenient way to hide it.
