not surprised to see signs of life in the share.

with inflation tumbling and interest rates likely to fall significantly, this will help enormously with the lending book and funding costs.

and consequently the 12% IPF3 bond is looking more attractive by the day.

all imo. dyor.

the HY mkt doesn't really move in lockstep with the gilt market, but yes i imagine there's a bit of an overhang as demand was sated by the tap issue, but looking at the prints I guess trading at a premium to IP is a pretty good look. Would imagine they'll get back to 105/107 level in due course. The big Euro deal refi is next real milestone to watch out for (the small SEK bond will get done easily I'm sure). IMO DYOR vmh

fwiw - the risk is that coupon due has been paid by the broker / platform to the client (who then withdraws their cash) only to find that the coupon was not actually ever paid by the borrower to those they owe it to(ie they defaulted).. hence the small delay built into the system to allow for actual settlement of cash flow.

I87 Good question - a lot of sells, but can’t see any reason. share price has been drifting a bit recently though….

Yeah lots of market sentiment in general, another example of a bargain buy if you can stomach all the market pain at the moment. Excellent business with strong international prospects

Almost £50k of Notes bought by the CFO and connected persons.

In my view, it is always a very positive/reassuring signal when a CFO buys stock.

all imo. dyor.

approx 42% of December 2023 7.75% bondholders took up the offer to exchange/extend for the 12% December 2027 maturity.

that's a good sign and a healthy enough percentage.

A modest £8.65 million of new money raised(ignoring the £4.5m they bought into Treasury)
