Apparently the Notes references in the accounts were a mistake. The Notes do exist and will be sent out to shareholders as part of the hard-copy report, but they considered them to be 'too long' to release via the news services today.

I think this is because IBL release most (but not all) of their stuff via the PR Newswire rather than RNS.

why put results out without the explenations to costs
ie there are numbers against figures but nothing to explain them
not sure i agree with options like that guys ,could have made the strike price abit higher so at least shareholders felt you had to work for the cash
still having said that prospects do look better

I see Admiral's Leeds United replica kit is now availble via the clubs website.
If I remember correctly they will launch a retro line of kit soon.
Could be lucrative especially if Leeds get back into the Premiership for
next season.(The deal is for 5 years)

NTV, the debt was £2.8m iirc, I assumed that they would have paid of around £2m to leave them with some working capital after the disposal. Are you saying they've paid off the debt in it's entirety? That said if trading has been good then they would have had cash available as well as the disposal.

NTV, I gather you got that from the horses mouth, I'm away in Prague til late afternoon Tuesday. I can only assume that there must be a few skeletons on the basis that CS have been on the offer for the last 2 months, chinese walls my ass!

I'll wait until the dust has settled before making any more decisions here.

Yet another 1p drop today...can't see the point in making these a long term hold if they lose all the gains inbetween anouncements. Hope the results are good enough to take it back over 30p

Nice to see the Admiral brand on shy sports for the best part of three hours

Looks like we've had the bottom (he says sticking his neck out), buy and sell limits have reversed in favour of the bid. Hopefully will move back to mid 20's in short order and then beyond if the results bear out expectations.
