I was in an asda store on Tuesday and was impressed with the shirts - cheap as chips, good placement - right in front of you as you walk in. I was tempted.

Good luck CR, already put some extra short term money into LDR for the run to results and Morgan Stanley deal hoping to take profits there and move it into IBL in a week or so, very overweight LDR at the moment. So excuse me if I say I hope IBL doesn't reach for the sky before then. I'd expect any return from this deal to start having an effect H2 onwards, thought they might interest you though being a bit of a value hound!

Prefab - yep, hah a look and made some enquiries last night - I think the Asda business will far outweigh the business they lost from Big Hit which should mean eps next year way above that posted last year, putting these on a low single digit PE going forward. Seems interesting, had 10K this morning - wasn't me that moved the price tho - it was already up on the bid.

And now, given the result of game, more publicity for the brand in the play-off final at the weekend.

You cannot move for Admiral gear in my local ASDA (and I mean shed loads of it). It's just a pity that the check out girls are all munters. Seriously though they've got footware as well. I'd watch for any signs of weakness and get in then.

Accounts to 31.12.03? I don't think the company has made an announcement yet. However, as a clue, the accounts to 31.12.02 were published to the market on 30.06.03.
