03/1/2024 09:06 | i do believe this co has woken up !!!!! after years of bumbling .... so happy! | pyman
03/1/2024 08:04 | Yes. They've been working on expanding their channel partners. It means they don't need to rely on direct sales which is much harder for a company their size. Focus on their market leading tech and let the much bigger partners do the sales. | wjccghcc
03/1/2024 07:14 | Yet another new sales contract. & going to exceed mkt expectations. Nice. ---- "The order was contracted through the channel..." What does that mean ? Thru an agent, third party ?? | smithie6
20/12/2023 10:56 | Mr 5000 is back buying. 4 buy trades of 5000 shares each. Price is nicely up, +5p or so. ----- 5 buy trades of 5000 shares. | smithie6
13/12/2023 15:34 | ...looking at the volatile chart for Equals.... ...imo the mkt & institutions like shares in quality companies that are growing. So, personally I'm sure that the Intercede share price will do well & go up (& there have been buy trades of ~30k shares in recent days, so someone with deep pockets has been adding) ; but during that up trend it may well go up & down a bit along the way. | smithie6
13/12/2023 11:24 | Hopefully IGP will pick up some government contracts.https://ne | ianhamo
12/12/2023 07:39 | If of interest to anyone Listed company smarttech247 (lse:s247) has put a report on the web which might be worth a read "Global cybersecurity perspectives and trends for 2024" "Showing a 50% increase in cyber-attacks during 2023." & "The report also finds that external malicious actors account for 83% of data breaches and financial motives are still the driving force behind over 94% of actual breaches" .."financial motives" ....IGP has made some sales to banks but surely that will increase in 2024, imo ... | smithie6
11/12/2023 22:08 | ..imo the analyst's adj. EPS prediction is a bit low for this year since 2.5p diluted EPS is already booked in for H1....but that does include a tax credit & perhaps for adj. EPS the analyst has excluded that since it is not long term addition to the PAT. ----- I guess the share price will depend on each investor's view about whether IGP can win other big contracts in future years or not. This is the second USA Govt/federal contract worth >3million$ & the company's products are highly regarded & winning contracts with other blue chip clients. So, personally I'm confident that more contracts will be won in future months & years; perhaps not as big as this one but still sizeable. And the existing 2 big federal contracts have a good chance of being expanded imo. Well, there was 1 big federal contract for ~3.5m$ & now there have been 2 big federal contracts, so it is expanding rather than shrinking. And the support price for 1 contract increased by 45%. What is not to like with this share, imo. | smithie6
11/12/2023 21:36 | Ok. (I was pleased that the analyst write up from Cavendish (broker) was easily available at the website you gave & free. :-) ------ Impressive numbers !! Similar , but higher !, to my numbers, I was wondering if I was being over enthusiastic but no, the adj. EPS number is ...stunning ! (Well, not surprising when you get income now for future years of use of the licence rights for a very big number of users. The profit contribution is clearly ...'impressive'). ------ "Resulting new PAT estimate = ? Looks like mostly tax free due to carried tax losses. :-) £3m ?, £4m ?, £5m ?" Well, the Cavendish report gives a higher number ! Wow ! :-))) The analyst report is free at Research-tree.com ----- Btw After the date of the analyst report there was a new RNS "This additional order, with an aggregate value in excess of $0.8 million, underpins the Group's upgraded FY24 and FY25 forecasts." If 30% margin that adds another 0.26 m$ to the profit for the current year, assuming that installation happens in this fin. year. :-) | smithie6
11/12/2023 21:30 | Sorry no can do. Not allowed to distribute anywhere | ianhamo
11/12/2023 21:21 | Ok, thanks. | smithie6
11/12/2023 19:36 | Have a look on Research-tree.comIf you register and search IGP you will find plenty of info. Cheers | ianhamo
11/12/2023 09:20 | "-Purchase order received, via our partners, of perpetual licences worth approximately $6.6 million;" (=£4.8million) How much of that will end up in the EPS calculations? Any guesses/estimates ? Any new broker estimates out there ? $4m ? (£3.2m) $2m ? Resulting new PAT estimate = ? Looks like mostly tax free due to carried tax losses. :-) £3m ?, £4m ?, £5m ? (PBT in H1 was 1.1m, PAT was 1.6m due to tax credit; just 2 X H1 PAT gives 3.2m & that is before contract wins in H2 including the recent biggie. So my guess is £5million PAT !!) Resulting p/e ? 55/3= 18 55/4= 14 55/5= 11 (The p/e for a company like this should be very high) | smithie6
11/12/2023 09:13 | Ianhamo Have you seen any profit forecast updates since the recent contract award ? (A good part of that contract should be profit I assume) | smithie6
10/12/2023 12:00 | RNS on 21st Nov '23 included this text "-Commencement of professional services for a new deployment with a significant US Federal Agency;" Do we think this is still active or it was part of the recent big sales contract ? It must surely still be active as a new potential future sale imo since there hasn't been time to turn that opportunity in to a contract imo. | smithie6
08/12/2023 21:29 | 147k trade 2 other trades add up to about the same amount So that might be a bed & ISA trade, or some other sort of agreed trade. | smithie6
08/12/2023 18:43 | Does anyone understand all the late trades today? If they are delayed from yesterday, then that will explain the Luke warm response to yesterday's RNS.Seems to me the share price has been deliberately suppressed. | ianhamo
07/12/2023 20:16 | If of interest a few snippets from old posts by different people 4post 4212. Ianhammo. Nov. '22 "... think any new deals will be almost all profit!" Post 4214. Clanger66. Dec. '22 "... Some decent contract wins should propel the stock higher I hope. Huge operational gearing if they get it right" | smithie6
07/12/2023 20:02 | Yubikeys Do ppl think it has a good chance of taking off & producing high unit numbers ? | smithie6
07/12/2023 19:50 | Scrutable IGP recently won a contact from a USA Govt dept for ~$8m This being with the IGP technology replacing technology of another previous supplier. And that various bidders for the overall contract included the Intercede solution, because it is viewed as the best ! And that IGP expects/hopes the contract will 'develop', expand/increase, over time. & news today of contract for $0.8m for installation. And IGP previously won a contract for ~$3.5m from a different USA Govt dept. (ie. the use/selection of Intercede by USA Govt depts is increasing; the USA Govt likes the Intercede products) Good luck with the share you are promoting but I think the real action is here. | smithie6
07/12/2023 17:56 | Smithie66 Dec '23 - 13:40 - 4331 . Mention of the containers brings me to a company dong very well as world leader of a new market segment nobody has noticed. Shipping containers have been till now recently, untracked and unprotected and thus the huge volume of goods being shipped desperately needed someone ,somewhere, to wake up. Till now containers have been controlled by not much further than lines of sight and bits of paper, Lading bills etc.. Theft, intrusion of drugs, incorrect destinations etc, delays on expected delivery times and places etc. Windward (WNWD) is a tiny Israel company on AIM whch tied sensors inside containers to proper locks so that they can be tracked as Amazon and Temu and others track parcels purchased on the internet. I am patting myself on the back for having purchased my first of many shares in this and have hopes just as I have for IGP, without having to wait for so long. GLA to all. | scrutable
07/12/2023 10:54 | Not sure if some are taking profits or is someone desperately trying to get the share price down. | ianhamo
07/12/2023 08:08 | Is this a hint that there is more to come?"and indeed continue to do so"Klaas van der Leest, CEO, commented:"Once again, I am pleased to announce a further order that supports our upgraded forecasts for FY24 and FY25. This is a testament of the hard work my colleagues have done and indeed continue to do so. This is an Intercede team working well with our Partners and Clients." | ianhamo
07/12/2023 07:05 | It just gets better and better.....RNS! | ianhamo
06/12/2023 15:21 | Ah, thanks. ------ ..I saw that Intercede are involved in a trial for police personnel...that would be a humungus global mkt if Intercede could get some success in it ! ...& there must be many more (False gas inspectors is another one, & false meter readers......) | smithie6 |
