Intercede, the leading specialist in digital identity, credential management and secure mobility, was notified on 17 April 2020 that Klaas van der Leest, CEO of the Company, purchased a total of 35,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 53.75 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Klaas van der Leest is beneficially interested in a total of 53,904 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
