Phoned the company, Mkt Cap £6.1M at current price, not the £3M figure on ADVFN/DLook.

I voiced my surprised that today was a down day on what looked like encouraging results showing a move towards a position of being cash positive and profitable. It appears my sentiments are echoed.

garth, these are undervalued stocks remember. Not yet revalued for their true worth. imho of course.

As for my figures, they're straight from the news facility and not checked by me.

Maywillow,

Are my figures correct?

The only 'flat' part of the results is sales, but the mix of sales is improving towards higher margin activities. And all the hints are that that growth is set to accelerate. Even if they only held growth at the same rate, that would surely inply a pe of just 10 one year out?

LONDON (AFX) - Intercede Group PLC said further progress towards break-even
was made in the first half as pre-tax losses reduced from 0.6 mln stg to 0.2
mln.
Looking to the future it said it anticipates a continuing trend towards

build with the number of requests for tender, and pre-sales activities in
general, at an all time high. This is a very strong indicator of future sales
growth and increasing opportunity for the Group."

Chairman's Statement

Results

The Group has produced a solid operating result in the first half of this year,
which supports our plans for the full year. During the period the management
team focused on delivering an improved performance across all aspects of our
business. I am pleased to report that for the fifth consecutive half year period
we have made excellent progress towards sustainable profitable operations
through the development and resale of our own software products. Whilst it is
disappointing that delays in contract awards have resulted in sales remaining
flat compared to the same period last year, the proportion of sales attributable
to edefice has increased from 52% to 62%. It is also encouraging that the number
of requests for tender, along with general pre-sales activities, are at an all
time high. This is a very strong indicator of future sales growth and increasing
opportunity for the Group.

Is this right: £3m market cap, £1.3m cash, burn down to £300k in the period, growing margins and sales of edefice, "step change" up anticipated in sales of edefice?

Why so low?
