Awilson,

Re: #1900; WJCCGHCC has said that a MBO is highly unlikely. Posts 1353 & 1354 refer.

Re the million share transaction, the Aphrodites post 1790 seems well worth considering.

iicb, 1m is just a tad over 2%. 3% is notifiable so it would depend on any existing shareholding.

Does a trade of 1m need any official announcement or is it below the "threshold"?

Is this not just the UK ID card contract confirmation? or at least part of it that thales got.....

Still that 1m share trade could be a buy from a fund (hargreve hale) to another buyer done under the table? hence the price. When buying in size its the best way to trade. Positive news on the legal case will see this get a re-rating but until then......

Also hopefully more subcontract fees from thales coming soon on a different project.

Very pleasing RNS today, it's just frustrating that we have Actividentity using spoiling tactics in the background. Looking forward to proceeding to start against Actinidentity in the UK, with contracts rolling in it's time for IGP to go for the throat.

As for the 1.0m treade today, often with computerised system they take a best guess using the spread, and it's very common to see them predict it wrong. With larger tranactions over normal market size it would most likely be a late announcement, so looks a buy to me.

I get the feeling we will see a buy appear of 1,000,000 as well some time. (B trade etc) probably someone purchased a big chunk off hale hargreaves. thats my guess.

thanks fft. It doesn't make any sense to sell at 42.5 in my opinion, so it is baffling me currently if it really was a sell.

Whatever it was and I don't have L2, the Thales deal was good for IGP in the light of the legal stuff now in play.
Again, my regards and thanks.

Director perhaps? Given that they've waited until the RNS has come out?

Well I hope it was a buy, just my system says a sell, and the price was 42.50 for it..... seems a bit out of play if it was a sell though surely???

Given that it would be negotiated over the last couple of days, it would be someone wanting to buy in in size.
