27/8/2007 07:57 | Woofy, you cannot issue shares at less than nominal. i.e., in IGH's case 1p. Meaning there will be about 300m shares in total (new and existing). Depends how it is structured. Also, there is nothing surprising about it. £30m business can generate free operating cashflow (with good management) going forward of £1.5m to £2m a year at the end of turnaround (12-18 months). What will IGH be valued at then? 10-15p a share? Never say never. | multisync 5
27/8/2007 07:40 | Well if it happens its most suprising and indeed good news for shareholders and puntes who havent been paid yet ... not wanting to sound the harbinger of doom but ... if the almost spelt correctly escape from NewYork chap is right .... regardless of shares in free float ... this now means there will be somewhere in the region of 400m shares issued in this company ... 10p a share would give a maket cap of 40m .... hmmm .. dont think thats likely .... 1/2p a share market cap of 2m ... far mor realistic ... at least until GVCF can prove they can turn this around and reserect the brand ... waiting and hoping ! | woofy4
27/8/2007 01:14 | That then is excellent news..Thomas Taule and his cronies will have had to relinquish control to GCVf. It will mean GCVF probably get aound 150,000,000 shares in the process but for all holders this in reality will not effect them as the shares in free float remain the same. The only difference being GCVf own the vast majority. It will also mean a GCVf management team who can drag IGH back on the map, and more importantly now they are so heavily involved, they also bring with them plenty of financial resouce for IGH. If this news is confirmed then i would expect IGH to open blue once the suspension is lifted. | snake_pleskin

23/8/2007 18:18 | No Shaun'o ... lost a few quid from shares but no cash gambling ... wandered up there back in June to find out why they hadnt published their 2006 audited accounts on time ... had emailed phoned etc etc ... but to no avail .... spoke to the centre Manager who runs the Italian/Spanish piazza type area whre they are based ... listed as Mayfair but Just off Regent St ... he had one or two choice words to say about them so not sure if they were already behind with their rent at that point .... buzzed the telecom jobby 6 times ...no answer ... so buzzed the company on the 1st floor told them I had a package for them .... they let me in and pegged it up to 4th floor and straight in to their offices ... have to say put the wind up them quite badly when a 6ft1in 15stone greying skinhead waltzed in demanding to see Tommy boy Taule .... all a bit pointless as he wasnt there ... very small offices about the size of a decent living room ... with a small meeting room at the back right ... left him a message telling him to ring me ... which he didnt ... so emailed him a couple of days later telling him I would be popping up for another visit and to make sure he was there ... at which point he did ring .... spoon fed me assurances about how the accounts had been dealyed re logistical reasons etc etc ... sold a large percentage of my holding and left some in in case they came good ... Cest la vie .... anyway thats the end of my little story .... good luck Jobc ... hope you get your dosh back | woofy4
