massive might mean 2o million -100 million, still means the new shares when exercised stay with GCVF, in effect we have a new management team, that being GCVF...This i think is excellent news for the company and us shareholders..GCVF, have to make the company work now they are this involved..

The news is vague about cost. They have not said how much of current shareholder value is going to be lsot due to dilution.

There are only 100 mill shares in issue, they give them 50 million which i doubt it will be that high....Still only leaves 150 mill in issue..

Excellent news further backing by GCVf...Read this bit

Thomas Taule, Executive Chairman, commented "This funding shows GCVF's continued
support for and belief in the Company. The IGH Board are examining a number of
interesting opportunities to develop the business going forward".

This may secure the company but at the expense of massive dilution (again) to current shareholders.

Perhaps a small piece of something is better than a big piece of nothing.

the warrants will be highly dilutive to existing shareholders if exercises.
How a else will they get their money back.

Financial Restructuring

The Company today announces that it has agreed to an interim funding facility of
#400,000 to be provided by General Capital Venture Finance Limited ("GCVF")
("Interim Funding"). The Interim Funding is required by the Company to meet its
near term working capital requirements.

The Interim Funding, along with #450,000 of the #750,000 already loaned to the
Company by GCVF, is expected be converted in due course into two convertible
debt facilities (the "Conversion"). The Conversion will entitle GCVF to warrants
that, if fully exercised, will be highly dilutive to existing shareholders. The
Conversion is subject to shareholder approval at an Extraordinary General
Meeting to be held in due course. The Company will notify the market as
discussions regarding the Conversion proceed.

The Company is currently seeking to strengthen the Board with the appointment of
several new directors with significant industry experience. This will better
place the Company to develop its business going forward.

Shaun,

Not sure the Chelsea fans would agree that the big money was on United. There was little in it in regulation time. Most bets only cover full time so from a bookies point of view, the match was drawn. Unless specific bets are taken to include the possibility of a penalty shootout (and extra time when played in games), Man Utd did not win in regulation time.

Now most Chelsea fans would pop a bet for a Chelsea win and vise versa. A much smaller population would have placed a bet on a draw....a bit of a winner for the bookies.

Do you not agree?

regards

Senator.

Shaun agreed. PT, think you are on to a winner here.

New Strategy in place. See Finals and GCVF announcement. Hence, a consolidation of operations in Malta must have been a pre-requisite for the financing imo. Changes need tough decisions. Good riddance.

Woofy - with the big bets 90% of the time they are for the odds on favourate so the most of the time the bookkie gets hit, like yesterday the big money would have been behind United as much as it pains me to say it, lets say you placed a 150k (sterling bet) on a 2.1 bookies dont need many of those befor ethey start showing a big loss, the people placing these bets are not looking for huge returns on one match they will place those kind of bets on for or five games a year great return but not for bookies, and IGH is one of the only companies that will take that kind of bet, you could never go into Will Hill or laddies and bung a 150k on the counter, they would never take it.

Woofy & Shaun all good points.

Perhaps, GCVF have heard differently re: Malta License. Or it is not an issue in their forecasts.

Premierbet casino already has a Malta LGA license. See under Additional Casino General Rules
-------
Premierbet Casino operates under Maltese class 1 licence No LGA/CL1/107/2000, which is regulated by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority in Malta, one of the most reputable jurisdictions in the world.
-----------

So I suspect the sportsbook license will be given in time (after the sort out). An RNS to that effect will be helpful.

Payments have been made to punters (some delayed, but have been made).

Punters have also confirmed receipt of their funds too (bookmakers review).

Worthy of mention, are the multitudes of 'No Pay' sites that have just closed down without making payments (redlist, see below marked 'No Pay')?

The steps taken by IGH thus far are exemplary, commendable and demonstrate integrity for a small cap in this industry, imho. But they now have to make profits and there is a plan right now to deliver that.

The most important thing is that the restructuring has commenced and been confirmed. The move to consolidate operations in Malta will significantly bring costs down and boost margins. The re-rating of customer accounts is also underway.

An interesting restructuring and excellent turnaround story is unfolding here imho. Watch this space. 17-25p will be cheap when it is all sorted. IGH can deliver her current mcap in annual EBITDA in about 1-2 years. What would IGH be worth then? Takeover target at these levels imo.

Woofy4 - I met a guy last year in there london office that works for IGH/Premier Bet, it was an interesting conversation he was telling me that they take all of thebest that nobody else wants and most betting lay there whale bets off with them, which then means they either have to break the bets down on take the hit if they loose, to me this is a huge risk if cant lay bets off and leaves the book open to huge hits, with the odd huge gain, maybe they should get back to taking normal size bets at least they will still have the ability to lay them of with companies like Betfair.

Just my thoughts.

Jailbird, might be an idea to get back in and re coup some of your losses..your right about profitability, but i think any news telling us that the move there is getting closer, then that will be enough.

For all we know it might have happened already..Lets wait and see, i will be topping up.

PT,

i sold these @2.75p , having bought @4p...woofy held on, so i have rapport with
him form the other thread. I can see a punt on malga licence be permitted, and some traders jumping on board for a quick % gain.

These are still not profitable, so any gains will be shortlived.

Yes football season has started and euro 2008 is next year..so it could well as long as costs are controlled.
