Very much dobut it, but it was a strange announcement :

We note the movement. They certainly do not say the usaul "we are not aware of any reason for the movement" BUT they do say :

We note that we are still in negotiations with buyers regarding EFM, annoucement soon.

There are some new business developments to be announced.

They imply that they need cash short term to fund these developments.

And Intandem is helping the buyer by releasing a somewhat negative RNS?
If they issue more shares at 0,5p it could fall to that level again imo. Only short term of course...

Looks like EFM update is delayed. Working capital still an issue?
Not what I wanted to see.
Almost looks like they were not happy with the share price going up by releasing such a sentiment breaking RNS.

Funny announcement that :

- discussions continue with a number of potential film buyers,
- update on new business developments in due course,
- small number of potential new hires to the team in order to broaden the services,
- company is dependent on making commercial progress in the very near term or will require further new financing.

They do not deny news in the pipeline but say they may need some cash, presumably to fund developments (Bold Ink contracts ?) over the short term ?

There is obviously a delay between contracted sales and payment.

Can easily see 2p short term, and 4p too with the right news.

Those delayed trades going through now are bordering on criminal share price manipulation. Unbelievable and apparently no coincidence they are suddenly reported now.

Options granted in Jan this year tell us where management believe the share price is going...

25% of the Options vest when the closing mid share price reaches 1p;

25% of the Options vest when the closing mid share price reaches 3p;

50% of the Options vest when the closing mid share price reaches 5p.
