Baywatch team reunites for Killing Hasselhoff
18 May, 2013 | By Wendy Mitchell

EXCLUSIVE: Angelworld Entertainment's Grazeley Film Fund has come on board to fully finance the feature Killing Hasselhoff.

Actor David Hasselhoff is in Cannes for three days to promote the project, which reunites him with Baywatch producers Michele Berk and Michael Berk.

Intandem Films is executive producing and handling international sales. Producers are Lotus Pictures, Angelworld and Hoff Productions.

Peter Hoare wrote the comedy, about a man trying to win money in a celebrity death pool who hires a hitman to kill Hasselhoff.

Hasselhoff, who will star and produce, said: "It's fun, it's funny. I want to be entertained at the movies."

He is encouraged by his meetings in Cannes so far. "This is an international market, we're here with an international project and the response has just been terrific."

I initially thought that the film was only being shot in Catalan.

It is an 8 million euros budget film.

Yesterdays RNS and the drop in shareprice this morning seems to have killed off interest for now! Be nice if we got a bit of buying again this afternoon.

Well it seems buyers taking advantage of the dip it seems. Has the RNS done any more than caused a temporary drop. We will see over the coming days and weeks.

I'm not sure "all" will be revealed by the 31st March as the results will not make good reading I'm quite sure but it is what else goes with them or follows that will be what we eagerly await.

They did not state that" "we know of no reason for the share price movement"!!In fact they said the reason for the rise is ongoing negotiations!

This mornings drop looks more like MM's leading than sellers to me......How do others see it ?

RNS

The Company is dependent on making commercial progress in the very near term

OR

will require further new financing.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

My understanding is:

So if they get a deal with these talks no need for new financing as they will have made commercial progress.

All will be revealed by 31st March!!

We shall all see what transpires over the next few trading sessions. There wasnt exactly a 'sell off' after yesterdays RNS, just a mark back by the MMs. If demand is still there and the shareprice doesnt go anywhere, then l'm with Hitch. We've been there before yorgi with VRP havent we! The next few days will tell all, but it does seem a badly timed RNS, and to be honest, the comment on the shareprice 'movement' was a little unnecessary. I've seen much greater increases in a Companies shareprice over a shorter period of time with no comment from the Company whatsoever!

Yorgi it's pretty clear what's coming and why they don't want too high an share price Deliberate attempt by the company to peg the share price back at the expense of the current shareholders.

Clearly a cautionary note in the RNS, but careful reading and understanding of the full picture (excuse me on that one) and it is clear that there is potentially some very good news to come over the coming weeks.....

I have taken the positive from it and my view remains as such.

"I can only guess that the NOMAD advised the company to make a statement."

That is quite likely Penny in my opinion.

I have read the announcement LOTS now.

I can only guess that the NOMAD advised the company to make a statement.

I still believe that the announcement is positive (there are clearly reasons for a share price rise, they do not deny this and state 3 positive ongoing developments. The main one being : EFM sales).

However, it seems that they may need to raise cash short term.

News could come at any time.

A very strange announcement indeed.
Almost as if they wanted to stop the current rise...

I reckon that we are going to get a small share issue to cover short term costs due to new developments.

I also reckon that business has the potential to grow rapidly (they need cash to fund new overheads ?) and that they may be negotiating some big sales !

DYOR.
