Todays update confirms that Intandem now have 27 films on the sales slate.

I think that major shareholders are often in contact with RM and will know the potential.

I don't think any will be selling into a small rise.

The main buyer recently was Guy Meyer. He is helping Emilie Kodjo with the digital business. Obviously, he knows the potential and has put a lot of money on the table.

This is a totally different company now, costs are under control and revenues are expected to ramp up over coming months.

Penny IF and I stress IF there is to be an equity raising then I would expect news of that first and vwap share price confirmed before any news from Berlin. Get the placing away, then the news stream to raise the share price allowing placees to exit with profit.Once the overhang clears then onwards and upwards.

Yes, the future seems bright but it does seem that cash is very tight.

That said, it is clear that costs are under control and that the management have considerably reduced trades/payables.

There are a lot of positives in the CEO statement and clues to revenue.

They are confident and I expect lots of news over coming weeks.

80% of shares are with majors and GUY MEYER has 10%.

Seems an upbeat outlook, though it is fairly plain to see that funding of one sort or another is required, and pretty quickly!! Market response is neutral, and to be honest, I was expecting a bit of a sell off this morning. Now that the results are out of the way, we may start to get a bit of newsflow on other matters over the next few weeks.

I agree. I think they don't want to report their holdings because that would cause the share price to go up instead of down. lol

I think it's very encouraging. He probably picked up most of Gary Smith's holding. The January placing was only 25m shares so not enough to get to a 39m holding.

Clearly he seems to think that there is massive long term potential here.

On the net but can't seem to be able to retrace the site to confirm but Darin Beckstead personal webiste quotes the following :

"Beckstead is currently developing VFX comedy EVIL NATURE with producer Gilbert Adler (Superman Returns) and Manifest Films. Shoots 2014 in Louisiana with Dan Fogler (Fanboys) and Michelle Trachtenberg (Buffy the Vampire Slayer)."

Whilst waiting, it looks like the new feature "Evil Nature" is getting close to production. Very good cast in place :



Circa $10 million budget.

fair comments and analysis. I really hope it is not the case but that the reason is due to delayed negotiations and uncertainty.

The shear length of the delay (now 6-7 weeks) may indicate that the values of the ongoing negotiations are significant.

Second Origin is relatively big budget VFX film and Top Dog will be distributed by Universal in the UK, so they should command decent sales tags per territory.

We may get an update on current progress on Monday, however as we all know H1 revenue will not be good due to delays in payment of contracted sales, which will fall in H2.

The current share price is a fair value based on H1 performance impo but obviously that is not why I remain invested here.

A agree the RNS was in my opinion quite unnecessary and one may well question the motives behind it. We will see.

They may also have profited rather nicely and be waiting to rejoin the party Yorgi. I have and probably will. It remains a rather exciting prospect but I remain sceptical about the intention of the RNS announcement. There was no reason to issue that statement. The share price was rising nicely and the company for whatever reason killed it. I suspect a pre agreed vwap price equity issue but will be more than happy to be proved wrong. I hope Berlin has been a success and an equity issue is not needed but historically 0.5 has been a favoured price. The rise and fall would facilitate making room for any issue.

He is most probably in a better position to judge the prospects here than those that have been selling since Monday.

They of course may well wish they hadn't over the next few days and weeks :-)

Well, either GUY MEYER is ridiculously stupid or he knows the potential and has been sold the story.

I think we know that he is not stupid but rather, an extremely successful businessman and a "digital marketing expert". I think he was the person who participated in the rights issue in January.

Well spotted PSM, good to see the list has been updated.

Looking forward to hearing what comes with the results next week.....as we know it won't be the results that will move the share price forwards but anything good that comes with them.

Very interesting observation.

The major shareholder list has been updated on the company website and shows total 80% of shares with GUY MEYER holding almost 10% !

Now we know how he will be rewarded for helping develop Bold Ink Digital. His hard earned cash is on the table.

Sellers only today, a complete difference from a week ago. Whether that was the intended aim of the RNS or not remains to be seen.

The RNS earlier this week put the dampers on us here and until we hear something positive it looks like that it may remain that way.

We will have to see what Monday brings !
