It started from 17th August 2021!

JJ Has been posting day in and day out negative rubbish.

Over 1000 posts and people say I'm prolific.

=================================================================================

hazl-People (or idiots in your case) in glass houses really shiould not throw stones.

Hazl-you have posted 82,378 times since Febraury 2002 (eighty two thousand three hundred and seventy eight_)

That works out at an incredible 11 posts per day for 22 years. You clearly do not have a life, and in all that time you still know nothing about investing and use terminlogy a 7 year old would use. Prolific doesnt reach anywhere near enough, its obsessional and confims your delusion of reality.

Why not set up your own thread (or guild) and create the echo chamber that you require, as you can vet and ban posters you do not want to hear from.

11 posts per day for 22 years.....including week ends and xmas day and bank holidays. Do you post on your holidays as well?

And you do not have ''issues''?

Just do one and stop seeking attention from us all.

Err...feeds into your narrative.
Whereas what I see is a general market looking ropey with the Down dropping as predicted.

So our drop is as predictable as many in the market today.

At the moment with INSG we are reduced to the equivalent of those ancient Chinese sages who heated turtle shells over a fire, then interpreted the resultant cracks to predict the future.

So far it's turtles all the way down.

Below is a list of news issued by the Company via RCS which most here jumped on at the time of issue as being ''game changing'' ( Yes via RCS!!!)

Feb 7, 2022
Announcement
RCS - Insig AI Plc - Insig AI selected for PwC Scale FinTech programme

May 5, 2022
Announcement
RCS - Insig AI Plc - Data share partnership agreement with Snowflake

May 31, 2022
Announcement
RCS - Insig AI Plc - Data partnership and research agreement (Blurred Global)

Oct 17, 2022
Announcement
RCS - Insig AI Plc - Partnership agreement with BRAIN

Apr 24, 2023
Announcement
RCS - Insig AI Plc - Insig AI Data & Technology Collaboration with FCA

Dec 28, 2023
Announcement
RCS - Insig AI Plc - Inclusion within UN Environment Programme Tool

None have ever been updated by INSG, which tells its own story, other than reference to the FCA. It is fair to asssume none have generated any income. Did they generate any leads? Also, it is clear to see the decreasing regularity of such announcements which raises other serious questions.

My summary is that we have had a strateguic review without it being RNS'd as such, which if so, would have cratered the share price well into single figures. How much importance is now on the ''Big Four'' Accountacy firms (see ref to PWC above)?

I find it strange a Company which sells and promotes 'trasparancy' does not seem very transparant, to me at least.

All the above is in my opinion only

Don't worry churchharbour JJ is being true to self...pathetic as ever.

hazl,
I don’t even look at silly tick ups or downs
I’m not here to win a childish popularity contest. I’m here to post my views on a share I have a substantial holding in

You talk tosh

The bottom line is if the sector is struggling then the company should not issue extremely positive forecasts and statements
You just don’t do it as failure to hit targets/contracts causes bad feeling and a dire share price
As we have witnessed since inception
They just don’t understand sentiment do they and haven’t yet learned the lesson of under promise and over deliver
imho

I think both sides of the argument are exhausted tbh especially with the lack of news to discuss or add weight to either side.

There is quite clearly what was viewed when the rto took place and many here sat on paper losses are quite rightly so a tad fed up.

However the last few weeks have brought with them a new era , new management , new top tier investors, and new regulation.
Let’s not forget there were 2 long postponements of the greenwashing legislation. And who spends money on these tools if they do not need to.

Pj re your comment about it being a gamble to follow people in. Maybe your right but I think it’s more of a gamble to follow then heard into a new ipo for instance than follow jw and nr into this.

The gamble as I see it is this:-

2 weeks ago a gamble to buy at 11-12p
Jw joins the board, buys shares and more in the raise.
Nr takes £750k in the raise
Now the gamble is buying at 17-18p without contract news
Does one wait for first contract and gamble by paying 25-30p or
Wait for an fca or top 4 deal and gamble by buying at 35-40p

We all know who on here sits which side of the fence but maybe just maybe it’s worth us all debating the next rns or two which hopefully aren’t too far away.

One thing I did wonder and just my musings is we’re INSG finding it hard to get deals over the line due to funding concerns?
Jw and nr as well as the raise will have added a whole other level of credence imho.

So I wonder if we could see a backlog of ‘close’ deals now dropping in.

Only time will tell.

The bottom line is the sector was on the back foot.
Perhaps their over promising, was not deliberate in which case.
I likely wasn't invested then.
I will not, and have not , mark posts down, when we discuss sensibly, by the way.

Hopefully everything that has been announced in May and June is undeniably positive for the future and the lack of signed contracts taken as a negative will change in due course .... Patience previously exhausted will hopefully now be rewarded

The bottom line is that since inception the company has all but continually failed to sign any decent sized contracts despite the fact that since inception they have continually said they would (or words to that effect)
The company has 100% totally over promised and 100% totally under delivered and that is continuing to this very day
In a couple of sentences that’s the basics of what’s happening with Insig
imho

After all we have gone from 12 to 18 in the last little while.
I have given reasons why I think that is, yet we still have the negativity that I believe is unwarranted.

Perhaps The Cronk you can look back at the some of the very even handed statements, we have had from other investors, who got in when the share price was a lot higher, to see how they handle the situation in a balanced way.

Good.
I have already said that the market for the regulatory side of things has changed.
Companies will have to adhere to them more than they did.

YOU do the donkey work and look back through mine and others posts with a more open view.

If your statement is true.

I came on here not just as recovery stock but because I saw it as
the future trend.

THE FUTURE is stamped all over it to me anyway.

Agnes I have provided plenty of reasons, why I think we are where we are.
I am not going to go back over my posts to find them.
If I reposted them he would rebuff them again.

Clearly other people see value as well in the potential here, or we wouldn't be turning up again and we have gained new investors.

Notable ones at that.

Ironically he posts a comment that firmly applies to himself.
'
Grow up and act like an adult not a child.'
He is just so rude through his ignorance of the overview.

Personally, I see the bbs as good places to share the best investor's opinions.

What I mean by that is that we all have different strengths.
I prefer researching macro in nature, I can wade through a financial statement...but I don't enjoy it...others do.

The Cronk.
PJ1 Is clearly a detail man, I would be more prepared to give him credit for that, if he wasn't so narrow minded about things he clearly doesn't understand.

I suggest we make it a good bb without being biased.

Each of the people above have their views and bring something to the table.
It just doesn't need the nastiness of coments like we have had, which show extreme bitterness of personal loss I expect.

I have not criticised. I asked a reasonable question-if you're so negative, why don't you sell or is it personal? Normally if people think that a share price is going to drop, they sell out and move on. You seem obsessed with knocking down any alternative view.
