Tellingly in my opinion, No trading updates and failure to declare the cash balance is increasingly worrying. What are they not telling us?

They’ve been looking to get rid of the legacy business so that’s a decent piece of work.

Should put any short term funding worries to bed.

Hopefully the start of some decent newsflow.

And rb showing further commitment taking shares at 20p.

A direct deal and a monopoly are two different things, a direct deal with FCA and INSG signing the same contract would be normal. Such a deal might in practice be at, least initally, as sole supplier in some sense, so some kind of de facto monopoly, but there won't be any commitment to such in perpetuity. imo. That will be good enough though.

JJ. Its the usual story. Investors following the next blue sky Company promises rather than focussing on the factual statements coming out from the Company. Deflection?

There will be no direct deal with the FCA as this would clearly be a 'monopoly' with serious risk of conflicts of interest.

All the above is in my opinion only and please do the basic bit of research required.

Shrewdie. It clearly states in their RNS,s that they are not currently funded for a part of their current strategy.

The best you are realistically likely to get directly from the FCA is a TDI Compliant label and a licensing deal imo, but the fact that INSG were intimately involved in developing the standard will hopefully be the big selling point.

shrewd,
I do not think a deal with the FCA will be forthcoming
Can the FCA do a deal like that with a publicly listed PLC?
Think that might well breach some form of rules/regulations 🤷🏻‍♂️

Do you honestly think there won’t be a deal with the fca forthcoming?

They played an integral role in the tech sprint and were named by fca.

Unless there is a sudden late superior entry to the running I’d say it’s just a matter of time.

And for arguments sake let’s muse what that could mean? Industry standard and accredited to and by fca?

I’d suspect the top 5 accountants will be ringing for contracts asap to start with.

The article also states that funds have been putting off decisions. The upcoming fca regs will force their hand.
