www.innovaderma.com/innovaderma-signs-a-hoa-for-high-value-distribution-deal-for-south-east-asian-markets/

For distribution into SE Asia, IDP are guaranteed minimum revenues from PROS of:

US $3.8m for 2016 = £3.07m
US $10m for 2017 = £8.1m
US $20m for 2018 = £16.2m

This means revenues are guaranteed to build.

Add in the same again or more for the UK, then Europe, and again for the USA, Australia, New Zeland, South Africa, etc. and this will be huge.

In 2010 the St Tropez self tan brand was resold to Cussons for £62.5m on reported revenues of £20.7m. IDP's revenues will almost equal that next year just for SE Asia!!!

longshanks. Thanks for the reply. Agree with all of that. If there is to be a further fundraising, because their fast moving success and growth will have to be financed, I trust it will be handled better than the recent ones in terms of announcement and price! I am fairly confident it will be at a much higher level after the trading update.

Luminoso re 1604: love you too buddy.Re 1602: yes I think a £4 short term target is realistic. From memory, they originally wanted to raise money in a range that extended to around £4. If a broker has put in a lot of work in on evaluating a sensible/meaningful valuation on the business - that is good enough for me.Naturally since that limited fundraising at a much lower price, there has been evidence that they are gaining significant traction which gives upside over and above £4 but then again they have raised significant funds already below £4 and, I feel, still need more cash to finance growth. The only story for me is in the ST range. I am not sold on the other product lines (yet) but this is an interesting story - not least because it looks and feels like an AIM stock and yet has a main market listing.

Totally agree. This companies progress is going one way and they ain't shy about shouting it from the roof tops either.

They have an awesome brand with products that are selling better than what they imagined and loved by the customers outselling and becoming no1 tanning product in the U.K which is following a very similar trend abroad.

Interesting to see how this product has faired across over 2500 retail points and internet espcially the multi billion $ Australian Chemist warehouse and GNC website in the US. We all know it's the No1 tanning product in the UK.

Boffster is either holding zero or very few shares in IDP. Its obvious he is actively (and sneakily) trying to deramp so he can buy on the cheap. Yes we all want to buy low and sell high, its the name of the game and nothing wrong with that. But its immoral/unethical to deliberately ramp/deramp. Of course some people do it but doesn't make it right; Would anyone be very negative if they are a holder? I don't think so!

On the trading update I am more interested in knowing their progress on building the infrastructure and working capital. If their global infrastructure build is going well then I am inclined to agree with a few here that current market capitalization is too low. What it should be, I cannot guess accurately or even near accurately. You have to remember there are so few shares (c.11m) and even fewer free float (<50%). So any positive news will take this very high very quickly and £2.50 will even seem very cheap. All IMHO, DYOR etc. etc.

Boffster,

They have raised in the last few weeks twice. They have no debt , are very profitable, moved operations from Aus to the UK!!

They are generating cash at a tremendous pace so it is highly unlikely they will raise cash.

You clearly stated you sold out. You stated the reasons why you sold out. Non exec director leaving.

You want to Deramp and get in cheaper. You have been doing this since you sold out to get back in cheaper. Your not a holder.

Fact!!

Good morning Mr.Doubter, you're on the list so not sure what you're saying but it'll probably be the subject of most of today's posts, like yesterday. There's some irony in there somewhere :-)

I visited 2 superdrug stores in nottingham today. 1: out of the 4 shelves st occupied the top shelf sharing it with the cheaper bondi sands and st tropez, and also the second shelf. They had about 6 different products+the roller on display, i have to say i think the packaging is very nice and eye catching it makes you want to buy it over the others. The assistant said it sells very well and so does the bondi sands, but the st tropez not so much.2: This was the bigger store and st also covered the top 2 shelfs, but this time the top shelf of st had a promotion on and looked all singing and dancing, very eye catching. The shop assistant was much more talkative and i pressed her more. She said its the best seller, especially when it goes half price it sells like hot cakes! I mentioned that i had heard that it sells better than st tropez and she was quick to agree, definitely the best seller!!I know a couple of stores is pretty insignificant in the big picture and untill we get some visibility via the tu, who knows just how good sales are, still encouraging stuff!

Cross thanks for that.

There is only 2.5m - 3m free float!!

Most of the shares are held by insiders in safe hands!

Gimme - I'm long in W7l as well and frankly there is little comparison.W7 have hundreds of products and they are popular and sell well. 22m with 3m profit if I recall correctly and that was last year. They knock out ridiculously cheap but great quality copies of ridiculously expensive cosmetics.Take the Ben NYE Banana powder made famous by Kim Kard. Which retails for £20, the W7 alternative is £3 with great reviews. Go look at Amazon or You Tube - it's all out there. They sell hundreds of products in thousands of outlets at a cheap price. They sell in 40 countries.ST sell 10-15 products in a few thousand outlets in about 7-10 countries - ST are about 2-3 years behind W7 imo and might need another placing.I am long on both but more cautious on ST especially with the illiquidity of the shares. I've sold some on the way up and will probably sell more if they get to £3 - a profit is a profit ;) Good luck all

Cross my targets are £5.50 plus on the research I have done.

I respect your opinion and yes I would be as conservative as you but the retail points these products have been put will be very telling imho.

The last trading update saw a ten fold increase and I expect the same again!! Bigger products in bigger markets.

I personally believe we are bigger in sales and popularity in terms of products than W7L and our market cap is a third of what they are. I expect our market cap to be £60-£75million. This is just the beginning for this high growth companies story. Won't be long before a supermajor cosmetics company comes comes along and starts taking billions. It's in this companies best interest to grow as fast as possible, and that is exactly what they are doing.

You people are very much delusional about the boffster, hes a self made man and he's done it through the aim market in particular! He's a savvy and very intelligent investor, he can analyse a business better than anyone on this board! Hilarious reading these post pulling him apart, if you only new!
