27/9/2018 14:02 | boon - the house broker, through its sales traders, will usually try and find a buyer as the counterparty to the share sale - normally an II after the end of the close period. | kemche

27/9/2018 13:58 | What are the rules on this? is he allowed to ask the house broker to look for a buyer ahead of the results? I.e. When in a closed period. If not how long might it take to get an institution to buy after the results? What if we went straight back into a closed period due to ongoing discussions with more retailers? | boonboon
27/9/2018 13:55 | Ace /Greg Peck -the share price started collapsing Monday from about 3pm onwards, Tuesday's trades were not normal buys outweighed sells but idp fell heavily, almost like a large overhang was being worked!!!!! Was Wednesday huge mark up to create the higher platform to sell all the way down to 138p rather than starting at the previous days close? aimho | s1zematters
27/9/2018 13:51 | I like the products but too many questions to risk my heard earned so I'm keeping out at the mo. I really hope it's a success for the loyal brigade here. | melf
27/9/2018 13:50 | I don't have a problem with him selling shares. My honest concern is the way it was executed and the effect it had on normal working class punters who bought into this company and by proxy, HC himself. If you are a multi-millionaire do you really need to hijack the share price by dumping 1 million shares after great news that had sucked in buyers and top ups from existing holders at £2 plus? Why not get the house broker to find a home for your shares if the company really is that great and the prospect is really that wonderful? Hmmm. Anyway sold my few shares on the RNS about his sale and glad I did. Uninvestable for me. aimho | s1zematters
27/9/2018 13:37 | See how they try and twist and manipulate the agenda. No one as far as I can see is saying directors should never sell. Let's have some realism here. What I believe some are suggesting is that when price changing news and self-promotion of the stock via proactive investor meet perfectly with the first day of close trading ending and the CEO dumping 1 million shares, it leaves certainly reasonable questions to be aired. Moreover, if you also say via rns that the search in on the way for a new ceo and then you employ a man you know very well and who has worked with you numerous times before, without apparently disclosing such facts, likewise, it raised eyebrows. This google comparison is fake news strawman faux comparison, trying to hide the real concerns, as clearly (google) did none of those things above that people are upset about here. aimho | s1zematters |
