It looks like its gone from his linked in profile (endulj) lol

They cannot get rid of this video though..

We were clearly paying him to be chairman here, 20k a year, and he was salried to be CEO of endulj in Australia at the same time, whilst HC was a director there....

However he has made it look like he has been CEO since 2017...

Chief Executive Officer
Company NameInnovaDerma
Dates EmployedJan 2017 – Present
Employment Duration1 yr 9 mos
LocationLondon, United Kingdom
InnovaDerma Plc (LSE code: IDP) – personal care and life science product marketers. Listed on the London Stock Exchange. The Board has led a rapid expansion of the business through a combination of NPD, entering new geographies and brand acquisitions. It has underpinned this growth through an innovative and highly responsive D2C strategy. This provides direct relationships with consumers, high levels of engagement and diversifies IDP's routes to market lessening its reliance on any single channel.
The business has also developed a comprehensive governance process to ensure not only regulatory compliance but ethical best practice.
The issues of risk and good governance are of particular relevance to IDP as it operates in the medical devices market. This places obligations on the Board to ensure that products marketed by the business are safe, efficacious and meet all regulatory requirements. This includes certification by the FDA in the US market and the TGA in Australia.

Will rise as quickly as its fallen. All the indicators are extremely positive. A new CEO, Boots and Tesco on board with at least two world class products makes IDP an attractive proposition for 2019 and beyond, even a potential takeover target imho. Buying on any weakness. DYOR!

Kieran Callan was a non executive director since December 2016 :

Appointment of Chief Executive Officer

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Kieran Callan, a Non-executive Director of the Company since December 2016 as its new Chief Executive Officer. This follows the announcement on 19 June that the Company was seeking to appoint a UK based Chief Executive Officer to manage the strong growth expected in FY2019, major new retail chains and the launch of new products. Kieran will step down from his position as Non-executive Director, remain on the Board and be based in the UK. His appointment as Chief Executive Officer is expected to take effect from 17 September 2018. Haris Chaudhry will remain as Executive Chairman.

Kieran has more than three decades of experience in senior management and Chief Executive Officer roles within FMCG businesses with a strong track record of delivering significant and profitable growth. During his diverse career, Kieran was Chief Executive Officer at Joval Group, an international wine and food distribution business where he significantly improved profitability and opened up new international markets. He also held senior management positions at PZ Cussons including Managing Director of Cussons (UK and Australia) and was the founding director of National Australia Bank's (market capitalisation of c. GBP44bn*) private equity business.

Homepage for Endulj on linked in....

Stating that the below is the website for endulj...

Only it aint working...

Links to the apparent endulj employees... Only some list Endulj...

Our CEO is not listed... The website does not work.... All looks very convenient.. Endulj collapses - I find no evidence it is still trading? HC offers a job to the now out of work CEO / friend in Australia as long as he relocates to the UK?

I cannot find information if the business has shut in Oz... Cant find any reviews either...

How in depth was this CEO search? All appears again very "convenient"... And clearly no mention to shareholders on the state our new CEO left this company in.. But plenty of reference to what he did in the nineties... Be good to know I would say....

We don't need a ceo with a track record of selling. Haris and some key staff can do that. We need someone to manage the growth and make sure it's feasable with the resources we have. On paper Kieran looks competent for that position.

And all of that remains true, I am still monitoring stock.... I am still bullish on the products, but at that point I had not started looking into HC.. Call it a blind spot, call it what you like but I was not in possession in my mind of the full picture of what is / has gone on here.... Up until I started looking into this whole affair in detail today, I literally had no idea the CEO worked in the same company as the Chairman just a few months ago.... Did you? As soon as I found this out I shared it.... There are a lot of questions here that now need answers IMO that were not open questions until very recently... I will continue to do research tomorrow.... I am very annoyed with myself that I have missed some of these line items TBH as they are significant in my mind, but they were not revealed to investors...

Lets go over what we were told... In June this was said...

"The business is growing rapidly across several continents with new distributors and retail partners (as outlined below) secured to range its expanding product portfolio. In order to manage the strong growth expected in FY2019, the Company is seeking to appoint a UK based Chief Executive Officer and has commenced the search process. Haris Chaudhry, will remain as Executive Chairman, and will focus on strengthening the Life Science Division with the planned launch of the hair loss helmet and expansion of Prolong into various markets globally. The new CEO will be responsible for the global performance of Skinny Tan (and its associated brands), Roots, Charles + Lee and StevieK Cosmetics. The Company will make a further announcement as and when appropriate."

Now the new CEO is "relocating" to London.. But he lived in Australia.... Is he really UK based? He is for now....

Then the announcement on his appointment (HC comment)

Executive Chairman, Haris Chaudhry said:

"I am delighted that Kieran is moving to an executive role as Chief Executive Officer of InnovaDerma. Kieran's significant experience within the FMCG sector across multiple continents including his leadership roles with PZ Cussons and his decades of experience in retail, distribution, finance and management positions him as an ideal candidate for taking the business forward. We look forward to working with him as we enter the next stage of growth and I am particularly pleased that this growth is well under way as Roots will be ranged in 432 of Tesco's key stores. This is a testament to the strength and quality of this brand which was launched just one year ago and will now be available in Superdrug, Boots and Tesco, three of the UK's leading retail chains. We look forward to updating our shareholders at our results in September."

Why oh why does he not mention the fact he was the CEO a few months ago of a company where he was a director.. Why has he left that role? What state is that company in? Are we sending in a life raft?

I know we "laughed" about it at the time, but this guy was on the board.. And our exhaustive search finds that we apparently had the right candidate on the board... Why did they not make an external appointment - TBH from the cosmetics / beauty area with recent track record of selling into high volume retail channels in the UK would have been a better bet for my mind.... I didnt ask these questions at the time, but they are relevant.. I think the fact the announcement was combined with the Tesco news lowered the focus on this and raised the focus on the Tesco element...

So now I think it is legitimate to ask.. What is the history of this pair.. How have the business's they were involved in fared etc etc....

All of those stats are real.. I would not make them up and you are free to monitor yourself.. I will be looking tomorrow AM again at the numbers.... All of my bull points which I stand by are around sales and measurable figures.. They all check out currently.. Let's hope that continues... All of my concerns are outside of this area...

I did increase my position in Genel today but my personal trading is my business..... If you look at my post history I am a long standing Genel investor.

How could I have "done to IDP what HC has done?!"

He is the chairman.. The share price has continually dropped since his sale.... of one million shares.... Thats higher than I could ever hope to hold here....

I believe in IDP, I don't believe in HC.

Feeling a bit like we have been led up the garden path here to a point... Let's see what tomorrow brings.. There should be a TR1 tomorrow or Thursday if there is going to be one... Hopefully there is....

Beginning to wish I hadn't been sucked in by your bullish posts to buy more here on the drop gregpeck7. Right up to the point this morning when you posted on the genel board you'd increased your position there you were so bullish here.
Do you still have the same holding here as when you posted this..

Agree, we have just got skinny tan into boots 1,200 stores and online. Roots is selling like hot cakes and I expect we will see that going into more stores very soon, roots is about to appear in Tesco giving it 3 major retailers and the chance to become a household name... plenty of cash, ceo says it’s all about executing now, they have the products.. I’m sure share price will start to recover now.. also expecting a decent tr1 , no way did pi’s take 1,000000 shares.

and this...

No resupply day boots yesterday so a good day to get stats.. 106 pcs sold across the 5 lines, the 14.99 sku getting 31 of those sales... very nice... at this rate that is around 350,000 units per annum just from boots online for roots!

Beginning to wonder if you're doing to us what you claim HC has done?

What "I" would like to happen is for the CEO would put a leesh on HC.... I was reasonably confident listening to what he has been saying that he would do that... Now I know they have a "previous life" together.. I am less sure.. Has he just got a puppet in? The more I read about HC TBH the more I think he is not the guy we want to be involved one little bit....

And whats all this?!

Describes himself as a "professional Gypsy"

Serious questions need to be asked of him at the AGM...

What a shame he holds the reins of Roots and Skinny Tan..... Should have done more research into his background...

Hopefully HC has sold these shares so he can buy the life sciences part of IDP from us & leave us to get on with selling Roots & ST. Wishful thinking. I've held shares for almost two years & are losing trust in HC. I think he will have some difficult questions to answer at this year's AGM. I think it is important to ignore what HC might or might not be up to & concentrate on what product is being sold & to whom. Must remember Boots & Tesco are very stringent in who they have as suppliers. We know the products sell so the long term looks rosy. I am in for the long term, but I do now think IDP will be sold sooner rather than later.

I am disgusted with the behaviour of people such as Applegarth and Ace Ventura.!

There is only one reason they are getting stuck into IDP and trying to persuade everyone that it is all doom and gloom and that is ,they are intent in getting the share price as far as possible.

Anyone who cannot see through their tactics must be very ni-ive .

Lets close ranks and stand up to them for a change .Tomorrow is a new day so lets get our act together and get things in perspective once again!

I just found this regarding the timing of the share sales. I'd say as a rapidly growing company probably with ongoing commercial negotiations it seems clear Haris only has a limited time frame to sell his shares. What are the general implications for Directors of MAR?In general it can be very difficult for Directors to be able to buy or sell shares in the open market or exercise share options. This may be particularly true for rapidly growing companies, those who report quarterly or those where lengthy material commercial negotiations are taking place. The simple reason is that the company may be in a closed period for very long periods of time in all of those scenarios. This is why you will often only see director deals popping up straight after results are issued or after other material RNS.

I agree to an extent. I think Haris has done an excellent job to get us where we are (at least two successful brands). However I think for the next step of our development we needed someone with more experience. It looks like kieran could be that man.I don't mind that they've had a previous business relationship. It wouldn't surprise me if Kieran had been in the background mentoring Haris. After all he had experience in this type of business.I think we need to give Kieran time to make his mark and deliver on the promise that's in the company.

You may be right mate, hc has really unnerved me with his behaviour this week, I am now drilling into his background as I don't want another nasty surprise.. if the company is still trading and was successful and they worked together there do you not find it strange that he does not mention it? As it was a ceo role he was doing and hc was a director.. very similar to here... my view is that we have a great company here with a leadership team who I do have doubts about.. last weeks decisions brought me to this view but the more I find it reinforces that view.

He was already a non executive on the board due to his experience. With his experience and knowledge of the company he was potentially the best man for the job. I obviously don't know who else was considered. He might have had previous experience with Haris which is why he was on the board in the first place.I admit it's strange Endulj wasn't mentioned when we appointed him.
