The pace of acceleration has exceeded my own expectations :

All these deals have been done since the results on 12/09/2017

Lloyds Pharmacy & McCabes Pharmacy Ireland

The Skinny Tan portfolio will be ranged in both retailers in the Republic of Ireland from late 2017. Lloyds Pharmacy is the largest pharmacy group in Ireland with approximately 100 stores, and expansion plans for their store portfolio.

McCabes Pharmacy group now operates over 30 stores nationwide and continues to be a pioneer in the Irish pharmacy market, offering innovative products and exceptional service.

Fenwick Group

Skinny Tan will be stocked in selected stores within the Fenwick Group from the first quarter of 2018, which demonstrates the potential of Skinny Tan in the premium market. Fenwick is a family owned chain of ten department stores in the United Kingdom established in 1882, which over the centuries has maintained its reputation for distinctiveness and innovation, prestige and value.

South Africa

The Clicks Group is a retail-led healthcare group with stores throughout South Africa and is listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. The portfolio of products will be stocked in 116 of its premium category stores. Skinny Tan is also stocked throughout Dis-Chem's stores in South Africa and Namibia.

Europe

The company is also in discussions with leading Italian fashion retailer OVS S.p.a. for the launch of Skinny Tan in 40 of its largest Shaka Innovative Beauty concessions located in city locations across Italy from early 2018.

I am particularly impressed with Clicks Group.
I have bought back again, looking forward to Q1 next month
which will be very strong.I am sure there will be upgrades as more and more deals are executed.

Well done Haris Chaudhry.

The long - nice postIt's also easy to forget they have bought 13% of Skinny Tan in the last year, paid a million for Prolong and £50k for two other brands - with very little dilution

I suspect IDP's view will be that Skinny Tan has outgrown the exclusive relationship with Superdrug when it expires at the end of the year. It is an arrangement that has worked out well for both parties.

Give Boots' experience in Ireland so far, and assuming Lloyds' turns out to be as positive, both will be very keen to stock Skinny Tan over here.

Superdrug will not cease to sell ST, its a big seller for them. So if the above assertion is correct there will be a huge ramp in UK ST sales from Jan 2017.

Yes another reason for HC to believe profits will be 2nd half weighted (along with everything else)

Not even those evil MM's will be able to hold the share price back then Ted ;-)

For the last time Cash is not a problem! They take at least £750k cash a month and convert it to inventory ready for the next roll out. The roll outs are almost monthly!Try to appreciate what they have achieved in 9 months without dilution.New brands and product extensions and new complete brands like roots, Body Glow , enbright, Stevie K, etcProducts in SD now number 25 from 11 9 months ago! The Roll outs have been into many more stores. Rollouts to asos, Feelunique etc £500k inventory of Stevie K and £500k of Charles and Lee. Prolong inventory .They are managing it from the cash inflow each month - with no dilution.I say well done Haris!

DIVINESSENCE - simple answer to your question -the market makers - for their own gain

This happens nearly every time volumes are low !

I have said it before and I will say it again- it's a cash cow as far as they are concerned -tried and tested !

How can this share be trading at £3 and not higher when there's been so much positive news flow recently. Not into conspiracies and all that but someone appears to be manipulating the share price Who and why?

Croas - I think you're spot on with your observation re the Fenwicks deal. It looks like the Skinny Tan exclusivity for the UK is ending at the end of this year - like you I'm expecting big retailers to get signed up shortly with a Jan 18 start date.

I think the reason we're not seeing more news re other brands e.g Roots is that Superdrug will have an exclusivity agreement with IDP . It's also very early days although anecdotal evidence is very good.

Melf - I would be surprised if we don't get a Q1 TU next week - the numbers should be good/excellent.

Stock needs more liquidity for instis to be involved in any meaningful way. When spread comes down a bit we may see more movement.
