Unfortunately I can't track feelunique or the new Express Mousse special offer on St.co.uk.I make it 7 or 8 specials I can't track but I still tracked £9.3k today... plus £1.5k on SD.com

Superdrug seems to be losing its hold on exclusivity in the UK.

ST now on sale online on

including the tan and tone oil and the New express mousse - 13 products in all

Also: with 9 products and a banner advert

By the way Feelunique is a big website - more upmarket than Superdrug and takes revenue around £100m a year.

Where is the interest here, surprises me that after that year beginning sprint this is so becalmed now, amazing how penny share punters can have such an effect on these stocks, but despite all comments here over the last few months I actually think the volume of stock traded by individuals has been derisory contrary to what many names here suggest as regards their holdings, I think they are confusing thousands for single digits!

Remember also that Jan had the highest monthly revenue ever in a traditional low revenue month with my estimate being £825k,

Now for the Statto part:

My target is at least £15k a day from UK sales: ST.co.uk, SD.com and SD stores.

Yesterdays observed sales on ST.co.uk … £10.4k. Rem: I can monitor about 3 special offers but another 5/6 - I can’t monitor.

So lets be conservative and say that those other special offers brought in another £1.5k (its probably more like £3k!)

SD.com was the usual £1.5k ……. that leaves the other 800+ SD stores to sell the remaining 1500 quid! … conclusion : do I think they hit £15k yesterday….YES…..and probably it was closer to £20k

Its only one days sales but I’ve seen this several times over the last 2 months. I think ST deliberately withhold selling their best seller the Tan and Tone Oil.

They had a special offer in late Feb which was selling up to 400 items a day @ £30 for a week. Then they withdrew it. It says sold out on their website but it is available on SD at a higher price point (but also in the 3 for 2 offer). I think they are managing the supply of it and keeping SD happy. They restocked it this week on SD. Just my thoughts ..

It will be interesting on to see how quickly the newly acquired brands gain traction and reduce reliance on skinny tan.

£4m in H2 would give £7.2m for the year and presumably around a £200k beat on Profit which would be a decent result.

Its next year where things could get interesting. Given growth rates revenue might be forecast at around £10m for next year? With a largely fixed cost base and a 65% margin this would result in an additional £2m hitting the bottom line.

All highly speculative but I think sales growth, economies of scale, and fat margins make the shares look appealing.

And then there's Leimo.

Micro cap non profit making new issues are not normally my bag. However if the sales growth for skinny tan continues to build momentum then this alone should easily justify the current price tag leaving Leimo in for free.

And that is where I believe the real Innovadrama might really kick off.

Hi Nick

I would like to think that IDP will achieve sales of at least £4m in H2. This works out at £22k a day.
I like to break it down into UK sales and Rest of World.
UK sales need to be £15k a day through their website, Superdrug.com and Superdrug stores and ROW about £7k a day. Lets forget about Ebay,Amazon for now.

SD.com sells about £1.5k a day leaving £13.5k for the stores and UK website.

I often observe sales of £8k a day and have even seen £13k in a day from one special offer. Reaching £13.5k a day should be achievable given they are also selling in 500+ Superdrug stores and my observations certainly give me confidence that they are indeed getting close to this figure.

As for the RoW, I would like to think that £7k a day is easily achievable.

ST.com gets sales of at least £1k a day and the Aussie website about £500 a day. So the other 3000 retail stores plus Amazon, gnc online, harmon online, chemistwarehouse,Olive Young online, Spanish website, artesian.com, professional salons, even approved sellers on Ebay, need to sell just £5.5k a day to reach my target – IS that a big ask?

Oh, then there is Leimo and the other hair products plus StevieKcosmetics and Charles+Lee who sell in UrbanOutfitters.

Of course revenue is not everything and they need to control marketing spend and wages/admin costs but 60% yearly revenue growth will send a signal to the market and hopefully a rerating regardless of the level of a small profit.

Ill give an update later of my observed sales today on ST.co.uk....its nice :)

£50k in a week from just one offer is pretty encouraging given a run rate of c£130k to hit sales target of £6.9m for the year. Add in other DTC offers, online & retail Superdrug, US, Australia etc...should make up the rest.

Wonder if marketing spend has increased?
