IS
Having myself been on s planning committee for ten years I would not draw too much comfort from the fact that none of the members actually live in Beaconsfield.
I guess next week's edition of the local paper will have alot on this story and not doubt the Beaconsfield society website will have jumped into action.
Report will I assume be on the council website next Tuesday Wednesday latest.
I would be surprised if it goes through at the first time of asking;that said good that the Officers are now recommending it
Given the current political climate I am in a funk about buying into the.homr building industry.

South Bucks planning committee thankfully includes NOBODY who actually lives in Beaconsfield. So hopefully won't be too much of a nimby vote.

NIMBYs!

It'll happen (at both sites) eventually. In the meantime it's an opportunity to take stock sub 60p, enjoy a 30% divi increase pa and watch the distressed seller become ever more distressed!

Wilton Park will no doubt go down the same path as the councillors won’t dare approve it.
Planning Committee is on Wednesday, 5th June, 2019 at 4.15 pm.

Cheshunt won't be long in planning. All they had problems with in the 5th March planning committee was:

"RESOLVED that planning permission be deferred for the following reasons:
(a) to resolve the disparities between the master plan, the computer generated
images of the development and the scale parameter plan, particularly in
relation to the east side of the development;
(b) to consider the potential for placing limitations on the amount of homes that
can be provided within each land parcel;
(c) to give more confidence to the Committee on the process that will be set out
within the section 106 agreement to enable businesses to relocate and to
provide new business space within the development;
(d) to take legal advice on the ability of the section 106 agreement to include
provisions that prevent the sale of homes for social rented housing to non Broxbourne residents; and
(e) to provide an explanation of the implications for the development of meeting
the Council’s Interim Parking Guidelines in full. "

Once those few issues cleared they are minded to grant permission.

Decent discount to NAV Spud.
And the management is reasonably sound.

Judging by the recent buying, I'm not the only one with my eye on accumulating a decent basket of these.Once the overhanging sellers stock is cleared we should be on our way to 80p this year imo.spud

Still accumulating on the dips having taken the holding to just over 220k. Once the overhang has cleared we should see our way to circa 80p this year imo. spud

The number of properties sold have fallen over the last few years, and the number
built rising considerably has any poster a idea when this mismatch will correct as cashflow will be a problem if this continues.

Incredible! I think we could have the best news ever and still the distressed seller would trash the price....
