26/7/2018 07:13 | That's a very interesting and indeed telling appointment. The RNS is almost suggesting what is to come - Vitol and INFA deal to come? - 'Arun Raman has spent the past 20 years within the commodities and infrastructure sector. While at Star Energy Group plc (now known as Petronas Energy Trading Ltd.), Arun was responsible for commercialising its 10BCF Humbly Grove Underground Gas Storage Project, including the negotiation and commercial delivery of the Gas Storage Agreement with Vitol SA as the capacity offtake client. He also negotiated and executed agreements with the National Grid in relation to physical gas flows between the Humbly Grove gas storage facility and the National Transmission System. On the trading side, Arun set up trading desks for natural gas, power and carbon emissions for the group. Following on from there, Arun was hired by Vitol Services Ltd. in London where he was actively trading carbon emissions and other commodities. Arun specialises in commercial negotiations and monetising assets underpinned by commodity flows as well as trading of commodities around such assets.' | mirabeau
26/7/2018 06:32 | GOOD POINTS ALL.....looking forward to another day of rises. 8-) | hazl
25/7/2018 21:37 | Looking forward to seeing the revised economics taking into account the probable 40+ year life as suggested in the update rns | spudtheplumber
25/7/2018 20:45 | £67m Npv / 1b shs = 6.7p Compelling economics which are expected to grow significantly Low market cap £4m vs historic project NPV of £67 million based on 20 years project life | euclid5
25/7/2018 20:20 | Take a step back and £5m mcap is ludicrously low for this unique project which is of huge importance to the UK energy sector long term. | saw89
25/7/2018 20:14 | It's churned nicely the last few weeks & is now primed to move very well from here, the chart shows that when this has a wind in its sails it goes and goes. My take is that by now most holders will be looking for fair value in the region of min 2/3x from this level. Think we can get to 15m mcap VERY easily over the coming weeks. Extreme confidence shown by director buying. | saw89
25/7/2018 19:53 | This chart has overhead supply all over it. With any luck it will rise at a steady rate and not spike. This will be the best outcome. I hold with this with a medium time investment. As long as they don't get greedy I have high hopes for this! | adamb68
25/7/2018 13:34 | 'hxxp://tradeinsight ' thanks spud Conclusion Infrastrata INFA.L is at the start of a huge turnaround with the foundations laid as evidenced by recent news; 100% ownership, fully funded for the FEED by end of 2018, contractors appointed and in the process of unlocking major value from their 100% owned gas storage Project. An overlooked point is that this Project could achieve construction without any further dilutive equity raises as the FEED completion unlocks eur 2.4m EU grant monies and there is already substantial interest from potential partners at a Project level. Market cap vs Project NPV gives a compelling upside here and with the following news items to land in the next few weeks the share price may not be around these levels for much longer. Momentum is certainly building here.' continued Perhaps the upside in share price is more poignant when the following numbers are considered: Current share price 0.405p = £4.11m 1p = £10.14m MCap 2p = £20.28m MCap 3p = £30.56m MCap' | hazl
25/7/2018 13:29 | From spud's link 'Key Highlights The company has undergone a significant turnaround in the last few months by becoming strategically financed to deliver the Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) elements which will prove up the project and secure completion of project financing. Potential for no more dilution for shareholders from capital raises for G&A or, more importantly, construction of the project Project capex has been indicated as non dilutive which is intended to comprise of 2/3rds debt (where the company has been preapproved for the UK Guarantee Scheme) and 1/3rd project level equity which would mean issuing shares in the ISML subsidiary, not Infrastrata Plc Warrant exercises and contractor loans can provide incremental amounts of seed capital to draw down the remaining EU grant funding which becomes available as key milestones are met along the path of completing the FEED and commercialisation of the project'............ | hazl
25/7/2018 13:19 | SO MUCH better these that rise gradually like this. When you look at the long term chart it has so much potential. It is more of a sustainable rise in my opinion. | hazl
25/7/2018 11:25 | thanks spud will take a look | hazl
