I think you've got your own agenda too. Stifling debate and attempting to bully others into filtering posters with views other than your own. It'll end in tears.

Stop trying to scare folk here into selling down just so you can get back in at s lower price, Big7time. You are so transparent I could use you for cling film.I don't recall anyone previously suggesting that Infant retains any more than a 20% net carried interest in Pro JG ect 1, and actually not even that. But the reality is that retaining a full 15-20% interest in a project with almost guarantee income payments for 20-40 years of economic life will result in an NPV of multiples of the current share price, regardless of any future projects coming their way.You know that, LTHs here know that, but recent traders and placing flippers don't know that, or care about it as it is outside their mentality to think beyond a few weeks. So kindly get off your de-ramping hobby horse and take your position like any other, or else F...Off.

It’s pretty easy posting a link, just change the https to include a few capitals

Some deluded fools here believe that a £40m grant to a 15m company has no importance

That could have been their stake together with the 15m spent to date for circa 25% equity in the project. A partner won’t free fund finance without much higher stake so not sure what Infa will be left with.

To put a positive spin on this, they must be convinced the project is happening

Insecure? far from it buddy.
I was fairly happy with my investment here boxes being ticked ,positive news flow ,share rising, funding news days away what was not to like.
Then the first delay due to a late offer on the table,so from hitting the floor running in 2019 we are in limbo ,in the meantime some warrant holders who were happy to hold their 2021 warrants well in profit for 5 months or so suddenly use the window and decide to cash in ,then an alleged leaked fund raise.a failed eu grant application.
i hope there is some positive news for share holders soon but in the mean time expect more warrants to be cashed.
so filter me ,thats how i see it.

we have EU funding for the first part and re-applying for the £40 million in March, UK guv guaranteeing 65% of debt, poss equity partners already stipulated they will take on all debt. £40 million is not needed but would help to get more equity (nice to have). 11% you really are clutching at straws and trying to make the 40 mill EU grant a game changer is pathetic, as all long termers know it does not change anything.

Watch and learn- you would be a lot better off in than out.

11_percent whats your prediction for share price at 31/12/2019- that's if you got the balls?
at least we will see who is right!

We have got a £14m MC company looking for £265 (cost estimates of £114m for Phase 1 and £151m for Phase 2) AND NO EU funding. ………;…….with an Engineer leading the negotiations...̷0;...lol.....hope he has help.

I can not see FID being at the end of June...…..these negotiations will go on for ever.

Can you back that statement up 11 ?
If not, best not make that type of accusation.

=================

What type of accusation?

He is an engineer.....not a City Finance manager...…230;………..and that is the type of people he is up against.

He tweets about being in meeting all day,...….and implication......in finance discussions. I hope is not negotiating with these guys on his own.....they will run rings round him.....its what they do...

There are a lot of similarities between INFA and SXX...……...but the CEO, Chris Fraser is a finance guy, always comes up with the money...…̷0;….but can not run a large civil engineering project.

Whitey,
No not aimed at your post...not insecure are you?.....but my trigger finger (essential for any wild west gunfight) forever hovers over the button for any derampers that I think are detrimental to the share price ....noisy ones, subtle ones...they all get the button eventually......and they are all free to pull the trigger on me also.

So you can go back to the saloon, calm down and carry on playing poker for now.......yeeehaaaahhh!

Good news will be out very shortly......hopefully this coming week.....and when it caomes, it really is going to blow the bloody doors off!

One of the problems here is JD does not know what he is doing.

Ok, on the engineering side he is good.....but when it comes to the Offtake Agreement / Offtake Partners negotiations...̷0;..the Project Equity Partner and the Offtake Agreement and the Project Equity Partner.....the City Finance guys will run rings round him.

Its dangerous to dismiss anyone with negative views as a troll, some people still have morals, unfounded predictions of doom or boom for that, i agree should be ignored,i stated i sold out with the main reason i had made a healthy profit,
But my decision was aided by what i seen as red flags,i purposely didnt post my reasons in case someone acted on them and they proved to be nothing but white noise.
although not posting i followed the SOUND energy board everyday and after researching a few comments of so called trolls i sold out at a loss but i avoided a much bigger loss, so as ever DYOR

The more trolls the better.Always a good indication that they have spotted a share they believe will make them some healthy short term profits, so attempt to spread alarm so they can buy in as cheap as possible.Very happy to be holding these and now waiting for news and a test of the recent highs.
