GW has 500k in here and plans to add several UK onshore gas assets. Potentially 50TCF. Wells drilling for 400k a pop using their own rigs and crew. We have till mid Oct and 6 months after that. GW fully aware of the deadline. I'd say it's perfect timing for an RTO considering the success of UKOG 300M and ANGS 80M market caps.INFT 2.5M with 1M cash.Risk vs rewards this comes out at number 1 on the charts.

As most know, less than 4 weeks to go for INFT to announce a reverse takeover bid. Either way, the shares will either be suspended waiting on the finalisation of a reverse takeover or will become a private public company if no reverse takeover is announced.

There is a lot of negativity about becoming a private company but not all fade away. Even Norseman Gold PLC formerly AIM:NGL ASX:NGX look like coming back from the dead after 4 years in the wilderness on the sale of their mining assets.

The gamble looks fine at 0.11p to 0.125p. Could eventually be worth zero though that is fairly unlikely. Could also be be worth 0.2p to 0.5p on a good move. There are many assets needing cash, that is impossible to get, that INFT could supply.

Big buying today, possible RTO candidate leaving it late to prevent share price rising and having to pay more whislt mopping up before declaring. Anyone support this theory???

Yep..looks like share price drifting down until suspension then nothing. surely if rto was going to happen it would've by now. Why wait til the very last minute before announcing it?

At a board meeting of the Company held on 12 April 2017, it was decided that the Company should cease its investment activities and instead to focus on completing a suitable reverse takeover transaction as soon as possible.
In particular, the Company is investigating a number of potential reverse takeover candidates in the oil and gas sector.
As a consequence of this Board decision, the Company has now become an AIM Rule 15 cash shell, which means that the Company must make an acquisition or acquisitions which constitute a reverse takeover under Rule 14 of the AIM Rules by 12 October 2017, otherwise the trading of the Company’s shares on AIM will be suspended.
If the Company has not made an acquisition or acquisitions which constitute a reverse takeover under Rule 14 of the AIM Rules within six months of such suspension, the admission of the Company’s shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
