what benefit has the CEO on cancelling the co's listing after he has just converted his loan to shares

"The Company announces that it was informed today that during market closure Gerwyn Llewellyn Williams, Company Director and Chief Executive Officer, converted his convertible loan totalling £480,000 into new ordinary Shares in the Company at a conversion rate of £0.0013, equating to 369,230,769 new ordinary shares (“New Ordinary Shares”)"

Suspension on 12th Oct if no RTO announced..I bought in small time as a pure punt. Hopefully something will turn up in the meantime..if not its no big deal for me! GLA to those staying in!

I'd say consolidation rather than falling knife. Bored PI'sA sniff of news this will be over .2 again as it's done twice before over the last month or so. If the news is good enough it may even re-rate and hold well above this level

Someone is keen. Paying well over offer to get 7mJust shows it's being held back if just 7m shares fetches such a premium compared with preceding trades.

Anyway, maybe Share Profits act like a Pied Piper and on that the children follow. Far better to do an equal amount of research as Share Profits - I've found that easy in the past and on occasions they'd overlooked very many factors. You may find that your eye is more of an expert than they. After all, they have to produce news even when there is not much about, and dare I say it, they are quite wrong at times.

I expect the shares to move back up to the 0.18p - 0.2p range again shortly on reasonable expectation of good news.

Infinity Energy issues a strategy update to shareholders and the market on Wednesday, having recently raised £1.1m in equity from new and existing shareholders and converting its outstanding loan note into ordinary shares.

"In particular, the company is investigating a number of potential reverse takeover candidates in the oil and gas sector."

"At a board meeting of the Company held last week, it was decided that the company should cease its investment activities and instead to focus on completing a suitable reverse takeover transaction as soon as possible," its board said in the update.

Mind you. I'm thinking of shorting Share Profits after reading a certain article. Very worried about them these days. If they shout down a stock it usually causes the price to fall - some lose and some gain: I ask you, who do you think could gain by this - if anybody ?????????????????

We all know that it depends very much on the next move headed by GW as far as INFT are concerned. I expect he will see a good decision made by the company. GW is in heavy with INFT stock and shows he has confidence.

We can all look very silly for a while in stocks like INFT. My purchase of FITB at 0.15p looked daft but not quite so silly today - a gamble, who knows for sure however.
INFT are a punt on an asset purchase looking good. Priced at the moment as if no deal will be done.

Panic looks over now. Just an opportunity it seems that may not happen again. Just time to top up a little.
A deal could easily see the shares back around 0.3p - 0.4p double quick!
