Noria they did a raise and have plenty of cashWhether they have enough to buy out assets is another question of course but I suspect it'll be a share transaction or optioning into the assetSmall aim companies cannot raise the kinds of cash required for outright acquisitions until like ukog SOLG they have proved up the resource and then raise 10s of millions But given the potential here no reason why inft couldn't do the same Hopefully sellers out next wave of selling in big volumes looks like at the .18p - 20p levels

The market realises that INFT has not that much cash available to buy into any oil or gas interest. Let alone put up further cash in stages. Therefore lots of shares are likely to be issued to cover part of the cost of a reverse takeover, and an additional placing. The plus side is that a company gets a market quote in a reverse takeover situation.
