This stock has cost me dearly this week. Strong income and balance sheet offer no protection against the risk of fines and litigation. Although in normal times I would expect a settlement, a bankruptcy and removal of the drug from the US market cannot be ruled out. Such a nightmare

30p seems as I predicted 2 days ago when it hit 20p to be the ''wash area''


This has become the price where the bigger holders ... the Institutions, are selling what they can to the numpty buyers ... which include quite a few advfn PI's.

After the Institutions have off loaded what they can ... maybe today or early next week ... volumes will tell us ... then there should be some RNS's that say who has been selling.

Perhaps a new Institution has been buying some ... gambling

These Institutions that use in some cases other peoples money ie fund managers ... don't average down as that is a big no no for savvy investors ... do they.


Especially with a $3 Billion fine being sought by the USA Department of Justice (DoJ) hanging over its head like the proverbial sword of Damocles
